Market cap £13.4m40% non public hands DS ..thal disc trust etcSo £8m outstanding public shares...with a £2m share buyback. So effectively authority to buy back 25% shares in public hands.Every share buyback down here is enhancing underlying assets as historic nav 77p and likely higher with full year results as they were profitable and cash flow positive. He's already paid up to 70p and likely to go there again and will quite possibly have to go higher to find sellers.

Small leak perhaps ;-) Will hold although only just in profit. Could cut at even after costs but knowing my luck would probably regret it. Hope by holding I will not. 50/50!

The link I shared was obviously mistaken, so not today! Tomorrow now? At least we may have some indication of direction by the end of the day.

According to this it is Monday:

Would be nice if THAL actually could add a financial calendar or key dates to its website to keep its investors update on such things. Plenty of companies do. Plenty don't.

Sick dog who runs this company like his own personal fiefdom needs to concentrate on shareholder returns, which he most likely believes he is good at, but his previous track record leaves a lot to be desired, needs to stop frittering company cash and ensure that any external investments will see a return, not that ridiculous investment in Papua, the market will never rate this company accordingly if you have an unpredictable, vainglorious chief at the helm!

We already know them, don't we JMF? He's announced the headline numbers twice. If you wanted to put on a negative spin, then you could argue that the second time he announced the expected WGP trading, it was a profits warning (albeit a very small one), since there were no new contracts to be undertaken in 2017 other than the CP and Statoil contracts about which we already knew. Regardless, we should still have a market cap which is equivalent to our LSR shares and our cash with everything else thrown in for SFA.

The other half of the trade should declare today. Let's see who is. Who knows could even be an activist shareholder.

As I said on BILN board, I think Henderson have lost an investment mandate which has passed to the management of Lombard. So a portfolio of stock have been transferred en masse.

Or maybe they're anticipating a lot of buying interest after the results?

I'm a bit worried that the broker has taken most of Henderson's holding to help fulfill the share buyback programme. Bit speculative but you never know.
