07/6/2017 20:18 | Mount Teide, Another suggestion !. Why not ask Interactive Investor to wait until the transfer of shares to the Canadian Registrar takes place after the AGM on 23 June. According to Clive Oliver, the transfer is due to take place on Mon 26 June. So the sale could occur during the week commencing 26/6 and payment a few days later !. I also hear that UBS ( Union Bank of Switzerland ) brokers act as counter parties for international shares incl Tethys and perhaps UBS might be able to help. This is a long shot as the shares are held in an ISA !. | hguess16
07/6/2017 18:36 | TI, they were sold via the TETHF ticker but did not show up there. Assume all but the 10000 share sale/buy is mine. If stock recovers to 4 or 5 cents one day, perhaps I will leave with a little profit, but am now just trying to minimize chances of personal bankruptcy, and to try and make back via other stocks whatever Tethys I need to sell for a loss. So far, my losses add up to over $30,000. Sorry to hear about the additional bureaucratic troubles being endured by others. | benandemmiboo
07/6/2017 18:07 | Shame for you benandemmiboo. I assume these are yours gone through on TSX... | temporarily insane
07/6/2017 17:51 | Have sold 406000 shares today at 1.47 USD. Would love to eventually regret such a sale. | benandemmiboo
07/6/2017 10:04 | You too TI ! | hguess16
07/6/2017 09:57 | ...and good morning to you sir! ;-) Just expressing frustrations, anyhoo have a great day. | temporarily insane
06/6/2017 23:15 | Please, I dont mean to be rude but after thousands of comments by the robbed PI, we all sit here looking at an achievement bordering on sod all after a few years. Simples. No pats on the back...............I | temporarily insane
06/6/2017 21:09 | Dorset thanks, I have been reflecting on the latest email re increasing output via the ESP from AKD01. My view, based on what Tethys has done recently, is that Tethys is moving towards " living within its means" by using the revenues generated from AKD01 in order to finance the drilling operations of the 12 shallow gas wells. I am also optimistic about the outcome of the drilling progress because Tethys is approaching this methodically and does not want to divulge any news until the outcome of the this process and also the " Court Case " is resolved amicably or through the Courts. With my limited knowledge of Company Law, I am convinced that there has been a clear breach of contract relating to the IA by Olisol. I have my own views about the specific application of fundamental breach of Contract and related damages related to this matter and will not reveal it for obvious reasons. The key issue of cash flow from operations will, I hope, flow from discussions currently taking place on marketing and pricing strategy. If, as I believe, Tethys can overcome these immediate obstacles without any further " black swans", the future for Tethys will be financially more secure !. | hguess16
06/6/2017 19:59 | hguess, I agree with what you write in your previous post and hope/trust everything comes together but there is one simple fact that needs to be overcome before your post can even remotely become reality. They need to overcome their current financial situation by means of the loans etc and the current issue with Olisol. If these aren't sorted then it might as well be curtains imo. My opinion from what I understand is occurring at present, and it is only my opinion, is that, excluding Olisol outcome, the finance will eventually be put on a stable footing by the current BoD's. By installing & increasing output this is great for the future and shows what can be achieved, but to my mind it is the gas revenues that will help us the most going forward. I say that we need to, once things have been sorted, to commence the shallow well drill programme and to increase revenues by multiples in doing so. The area has an A1 excellent RoI & success rate and the terms for the drill teams are excellent too. Lets let them get the finance sorted and then find a solution with Olisol and we are, I believe then firmly back in play. | dorset64
06/6/2017 16:55 | TI, The only way Tethys' share price will recover, significantly, is through : - an increase in oil and gas output - I see evidence of this. - improved marketing and pricing - I await news of this !. - profitability and improved cash flow - It could occur in 2017 !. Then the share price will recover, only, in small steps !. My view of the Court Case is that Tethys is the innocent party and is therefore entitled to damages related to breach of contract and related matters. I have no choice but to hold on with the hope that the present team's implementation of its strategy produces actual profits and cash flow. Confidence returns and the share price recovers !. | hguess16
06/6/2017 14:37 | Cheers for that Toppix............Wh Time to get the lawyers onto Hammond so we all recoup some of that cash for getting a years salary for doing nothing. | temporarily insane
06/6/2017 14:31 | From the AGM document.... Salary 302,558 ( 2016 ) (8) Mr. Hammond ceased to be Chief Executive Officer and Chief Commercial Officer on August 2, 2016 although he continues to receive his salary and benefits until his termination date on August 1, 2017. ! | toppix
06/6/2017 13:47 | AGM info now also on Sedar, sans any Olisol resolution. either: 1. Olisol's requisition was rejected, or: 2. Olisol's requisition missed the cut-off date so if it does go ahead it will need to be a new EGM at a later date and Olisol will need to pay for it. | casual47
06/6/2017 12:54 | As a concerned, inquisitive investor in Tethys, I do try to do my homework by reviewing past info and provide the BB with info that I feel confident about at the time. At present I do think that the new team is trying to restore some confidence in Tethys that has been subject to poor management in both operational and commercial matters. My analysis on the installation of the ESP revealed that the new CEO decided to take action to increase output while the previous " lot of experts " sat on their hands and enriched themselves, while pumping the share price with premature RNS announcements. I am only interested in the progress of Tethys which is to increase output of oil and gas which would ultimately result in higher revenues and a significant rise in the share price I now understand that yesterday's output of oil at AKD01 showed a figure slightly less than 2400 bopd, which is close to the expected 2500 bopd estimate considering the limited data available. | hguess16
06/6/2017 12:32 | To be clear, if I knew POPE's reasons beforehand for rejecting the Nostrum deal, I would have willingly sold for a loss or minimal gain at that time. I assumed they preferred the Olisol deal because the offer was at a higher price -- a reasoning I could understand/appreciat | benandemmiboo
06/6/2017 12:16 | hguess3245, as a so-called investor, why don't you ever concern yourself with the share price? You seem simply focused on celebrating/defendin Since you are a heavy poster, I can't believe you were invested for 3 years, posting not a week, until you started to post here (after the Olisol/Tethys deal fell through). I do not recall your Wells worship on Stockhouse or Yahoo or ceo.ca... I continue to question whether you are an investor, or someone paid by the company to defend Wells, or if you are simply invested through POPE or work for POPE... None of this really matters -- I care more about the share price than your origin story -- but your bizarre focus on Wells and POPE does make one wonder, as it makes no sense to be so focused on them. They are not superstars of the oil market that attract investors; they are hedge fund folk. Furthermore, your reasoning for why Pope rejected the Nostrum deal was never made official. It is the only reason we have -- and, for me, it's one of the reasons I really don't think Wells/POPE care about anyone but Wells/POPE. So why would you give out such news if you are supposed to be pumping them? | benandemmiboo
06/6/2017 11:50 | Hguess16, I am sure as a "major" investor PAM and Bill were personally more in contact than us and had more of an idea as to what was going on than us small PI's. Things certainly are looking better but a question that is no doubt on everybody lips................ WHEN IS THE COURT CASE? | temporarily insane
06/6/2017 11:40 | Casual, As usual you are " casual " in your comments and that is obvious on how you have reacted in your own hasty investment decisions !. " Worship", your word. is yet another casual misguided comment and I expect you will carry on with your hasty and emotional comments !. Pathetic !. TI, Bill and PAM were investors, albeit major investors like us PI's !. So to blame them for the mess created by past management is misplaced !. Let us see how the new team at Tethys progresses. | hguess16
06/6/2017 11:23 | hguess16, PAM have always been involved (William P. Wells. Bill is the founder and primary portfolio manager for Pope Asset Management, LLC and Pope Investments). Has Bill not been involved since the share price was 18p? I think I remember using my shares to vote him in a few years back, and it was he who employed the bunch between Robson and Ken. When all the dirty work was done Bill took over the helm employing Ken May and now we await the outcome of this drama. | temporarily insane
06/6/2017 10:48 | TI, You have got it wrong again !.The ESP was installed after PAM took over control. As regards voting, the AGM on 23 June has 3 resolutions and you are free to vote !. | hguess16 |
