Another 3.30 hours before it's 11AM in Atlanta.

It was really generous of the BOD to hold the EGM in southern US. The new team really has the PI's interests at heart.

Thanks, I thought maybe, MM's might be holding some of the many shares earlier sold by JPM and Capital and may start gradually releasing them as suits their book !.

I don't think MMs hold many if any at all. Previously upon positive news these have spiked sharply. I expect the same in the future.

Of the existing 508m Tethys shares, 269m shares are held by other investors( incl Pi's), who individually hold less than 5% (according to rules of disclosure !!).
Is it possible that the current share price may stay at these low levels even after more positive news is released, as Market Makers ( Brokers ) who might be holding some Tethys shares, may decide to release their holdings of shares to the market in order to control and maintain these low price levels ?.
If so, any major increase in the share price is only likely if existing PI's and/or any new investors place large buy orders, which would result in Market Makers ( Brokers ) being short of Tethys shares !.
Is it possible for MM's to be "long" 100m Tethys Shares ?.

Cheers for letting us know. Just goes to show that many trades over the past months could have been buys as is proven by Neilyb675 purchase showing as a sell.


How can the bots not get trades right in this day and age.

It certainly would be professional of the management, who we assume are working hard (?) and getting paid (?) to actually put out an RNS in the coming week, actually proving it to the general market and to "create some bloody shareholder value" for the first time in three fxcking years!!!!!

We should have the result of the voting at the SGM by Fri or the following Mon.
PAM and the Kumars' jointly hold nearly 35% while Olisol hold 12.4%. Both resolutions
require just over 15% approvals from the other investors to obtain a simple majority.
It would be interesting to see how many other investors vote in favour !.

More importantly, I hope that the Board will also tell us about how and what they plan
to do about funding the repayment of the short term loans due to mature during 2017, meeting its commitments to drill existing proven wells and its revised arrangements to market its oil and gas products.
