The staff can't influence peoples buying habits or the prices charged for the products on offer.

If I want bakery goods, I go to my local Baker.
If I want Butcher meat, I go to my Local Butchers.

If I want petrol, I go to Tesco as it's closest and the cheapest. If I want some Coca Cola or Pepsi, I go to Tesco as again it's the cheapest.

The staff don't influence me in the slightest, unless of course I fancy one of the check out girls........

Agree, looks ok at this price, bought in today. They still have assets that they can sell to reduce debt further and profitability will come back. Lewis likes to talk things down so this was par for the course.
