A.Fewbob....relevant question.

In principle....yes!....and at appropriate times....i.e. say after exploitation licence for Storuman.

Depending on the small print....on the leasing arrangement for the MB Project....if sale possible....say after grant of "equivalent" exploitation licence there too!

Storuman....is a roughly 90%/10%....Indicated/Inferred resource....whereas the MB Project maiden JORC is probably going to be a 100% Inferred resource....so perhaps better to continue to add more value to Storuman first....before any potential sale....i.e. complete PFS....then complete BFS....might be the favoured route.

TYM`s chances of selling assets....and their project options generally....going forward....will remain firmly on track....if positive results....are obtained for the Storuman PFS metallurgical testwork....and if backed by a substantial....(but proportionate to the area targeted at the deposit)....maiden JORC resource estimate for the MB Project....DYOR.

Metex,

Could TYM choose to sell either the storuman or the US project and use the funds to help develope the other?

"Broker Northland said the a tonnage and grade estimate (non-JORC) based on a large database of historic drilling for the project defined the potential for between 85-105mt at 9-11% CaF2, but the deposit remains open in all directions and could be as large as 395-615mt at 5-7% CaF2.The company will now begin work on the maiden resource estimate for the project while Cantor Fitzgerald added Tertiary expects to start a scoping study by year end based on the new resource and upcoming metallurgical testwork. It has a 'buy' recommendation and 16p target price."

It seems as if my point is being missed - perhaps intentionally by some. My record shows I have never de-ramped this share. My point and questions related directly to the lack of positve movement in the share price Metex's responses have been pathetic to say the least - evasive and harping back to the technical aspects of the resoucrce which are of course all very positive and which we have all known about for quite a long time. The proof-of-the-pudding is today. Excellent results yet the share price price only up a tiddling .125p. Alex Hawke has at least made an attempt to apply some open-mindedness to the situation.

It seems that there are quite a few here who have the limited "shoot the messenger" mind-set and it is hardly the sign of a healthy forum.

Haha, Benchmark I give view, thats all, and for what its worth, you spend a lot of time covering the what ifs and maybe's, comes across as cheap and easy to me.

I really rate this BOD, they failed me by 3 working days on some great results, they will be pleased to know they can add me back on their Christmas card list ;-)

metex keep up the good work buddy.

Tertiary Minerals' (LON:TYM) final results from the Phase 2 drill programme at its MB Project confirmed its potential to be a major fluorspar deposit, said Northland.

The company will now begin work on the maiden resource estimate for the project but with mineralisation continuing to remain open in all directions following the end of Phase 2, there is significant upside potential on any initial resource.

Cantor Fitzgerald added Tertiary expects to start a scoping study by year end based on the new resource and upcoming metallurgical testwork. It has a 'buy' recommendation and 16p target price.

Benchmark....and a warning to you....for your perceived "scaremongering" posts of the last week.

There has been nothing "open minded" about these contributions IMHO.

In your own words:

a/ Not to be over exposed in TYM.

b/ Why is the share price drifting if such good news is imminent?

c/ Let's hope this is not the case in this instance because the signs from the share price are not good at all.

d/ We can't close our eyes to the possibilities of other hitches, unknown to us, which might be influencing matters.

e/ Good people - I would love to see this share price rising but the behaviour of the share price over the last week in particular is far from encouraging

f/ But if a placing at 8p is now what is holding the price back then it might be quite a large placing indeed.

g/ The dilution maybe be bigger than what was passed at the AGM.

h/ Resolution 6a:...share issuance....would be significantly different if it was employed, if I am reading it correctly?

Playing the wolf in sheep`s clothing....doesn`t work on everyone.

Anymore....and you`re out!

It's a 'Jordan' rns - "open in all directions" lol
Unfortunate that there seems to be some time slippage - with these results & now with maiden JORC for Nevada but that just gives a better oppertunity to sell some on any spike & buy back for the JORC early in April? Happy to keep the majority of mine until the JORC, unless this gets towards 15p this time!!

Yes not much of delay - maybe small sell off today but don't see this going lower than 8p with news not too far now. Will stick in a buy order accordingly.

All looks very good...the theme continues, open in all directions, % high...JORC may not be out until April, no problems with that, as long as we know ;-).

Thanks plasticdazza - I see it here now on p.42 of hxxp://www.tertiaryminerals.com/downloads/Tertiary%20Minerals%20Annual%20Report%20to%2030%20September%202014.pdf

Resolution 5 sets the new shares that can be issued at 100,000,000 of 1p nominal value each. But does Reolution 6a go beyond that and allow the company to issue new shares. i.e. "issue new shares ...in proportion to their existing holdings"?

That would be significantly different if it was employed, if I am reading it correctly?

"Why is the share price drifting if such good news is imminent?"

For clarification....could a chartist perhaps....kindly confirm....that from the TYM two month chart....the share price has been in the trading range....of approx 8.5p - 10p....since around the 19th Jan 2014....and has not yet breached that trading range....(if not see six month chart at top of this thread).

Investors are quite aware....that share prices never move in straight lines....and in some cases....for instance....short term speculators....having anticipated an announcement in an expected "timeframe"....maybe forced to close their positions....should that news not materialise....this action can be the cause....of short term share price weakness.

That could logically explain....the present situation.

But while TYM`s share price....remains in it`s present trading range....have to question the rationale....behind the demanding of an answer....to the above question....at this juncture....(a question....not necessarily based on fact....but on conjecture)....especially when the final drilling results for the MB Project....have yet to be announced.

Believe that if the final drilling results....confirm the positive visual observations of the drill cores....prior to analysis....then....and only then IMHO....should TYM investors expect to see that positive sentiment....realistically start to reflect in the share price....in the run up....to the anticipated MB Project maiden JORC resource estimate.

Time will out!....DYOR.
