Total Voting Rights
Following the issue of new ordinary shares of 0.02p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") announced on 15 May 2024, the Company is today providing a confirmation regarding its voting rights, in line with section DTR 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules sourcebook.
As of the date of this announcement, the Company's issued ordinary share capital consists of 432,700,318 Ordinary Shares, with one voting right per Ordinary Share. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares and voting rights in the Company is 432,700,318.
The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the share capital of the Company, under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
