Tonight's unveiling of what nCipher and DA have crafted for us (in a dark room, no doubt, sice Liveworx in June 2019), for tomorrow's booming world of IoT and HSMs to log the millions of certificates and keys..
Machine and device identity, PKI and code-signing coming to the fore.

It's like seeing a tall dam burst, with all these attending banks, system integrators and tech giants gushing down on us....
And there's the cheeky duo of trolls trying to close the floodgates, by doubling their morning posts.

... only to be washed away, far, far down the valley ....

Nope, but then, when they are raising money just to prop up an investee business for 6 years, which still is not able to stand on its own two feet what's the market around in them, their market, has exploded but they were not able to take advantage of that. For some very strange reason, da has not able to to gain outside investment in two and a half years in an open funding round, not one investment from Silicon Valley's ashridge investment firms and angel investors. Again, that must tell you something.

Very easy to say a placing is coming, growing companies have to do placings or they will just die off before they start gaining traction, most AIM companies do placings as he should know as AMC has done more than any I can name.
Nothing wrong in raising money to grow the Business, its the way they do it that winds people up.

Why would the director by the financial director has not even bought a single share that must tell you something the others seem to be enjoying their fat salaries....but not buying any here. Hardly surprising, considering the no. Of contracts DA has achieved in 2019.Does anyone have a figure for that?

Wardys world is all about right and wrong he understands middle ground it is understand the grey area it's just black and white simple but then that's just wardy isn't it, simple.what they can't handle is all the facts that I put forward and the countless times I have put the argument forward which has been proven to be correct. nearly every place in for the last 4 places I have stated they will be one and there has been one.Again I am saying there will be one, very shortly, let's see if I am proven correct. DA's solution may well work however is it required in the industry and if so what are people willing to pay for it. From what I can gather, it's too expensive and there are practical and cheaper solutions already available. There simply isn't enough meat on the bone when it comes to IoT IAM and Life-Cycle management what is available can be easily taken already existing solutions as part of an integrated offering.

Directors can't buy if they possess inside information. They presumably know how DA and other investments are performing but have not informed the market so far.Therefore no directors buys.

Its another building block this Webinar, I said the other day they won't get the cheque books out today but will look into the solutions on offer,
Could get Business D/As way in the next few Months and that is what business is all about, getting your name out there and getting noticed.

Old I agree with you sadly now, will be watching with interest but don't expect anything new although the optimist inside me states no director buys because they are close to announcing something. But that wouldn't explain the lack of director buys in the last 17 months would it
