The USCG press release is factual as they did advise. The transaction is listed as complete because DA would have paid them for the advice and for being the exclusive placing agent. The failed fundraise was released as an RNS 03/08/18 and the share price halved as a result. Hey, I hope I'm wrong.

The capital raising is for D/A, not TERN, it will obviously effect our holdings, but will give a decent valuation on D/A. obviously the Yanks have seen the Microsoft news and do not want to miss out.,

It may be that they want to announce the DA capital raising at the same time as a discounted placing to soften the blow.

If TERNs holding in DA has changed due to this then they need to inform the market. As usual I suspect they all wanted to continue with the cloak and dagger stuff, and that this potentially makes things complicated for TERN getting away another no doubt poorly done placing. They have now been caught with their pants down.

Doesn’t it highlight the deliberate attempts to keep the lid on news we think should of been rns’d? For what purpose who stands to gain from a low share price which means cheap placing. Not us that’s for sure.

The press release confirms that US Capital Global advised on £10m financing but does not say that it was successful (compare with other entries on the completed transaction list). Device Authority moved from Bracknell to Reading over a year ago. Sorry, looks like old news and Microsoft missing from the partner list.
