Think you have to be fairly stupid investors not to see value here - no offence intended to stupid investors.

Healthcare/Medical Simulation Market Foreseen to Grow Exponentially by 2024
September 14, 2019

Major growth drivers in the global market for healthcare/medical simulation are the rising healthcare costs and growing demand for minimally invasive treatments. Increasing concern over patient safety is another crucial growth driver. As per the Institute of Medicine, about 44,000 to 98,000 deaths are caused very year globally because of medical errors during treatment. This has significantly upped the demand for healthcare/medical simulation as it helps doctors and surgeons to understand better the procedures and avoid fatal missteps while treatment or surgery.

At least once a day one of the muppettes talks of TERN et al being " a unicorn", well possibly as unicorns don`t and never have existed that will become a fact with TERN soon.

I wish people would stop whining about the disconnect between the value of the investees and the tern market cap.

Lol, Tyrano....what did Sisto value it in the last results? Can you post that here please. Then let's have a comparison when he posts the next set of result....guaranteed a write down. For tern holders as any intelligent VC will want Tern shareholders out before they take it private. Prepare to get paid peanuts for it.....but ofcourse, sisto will be 'pleased' for you all.

No need for you to be concerned. You aren't a shareholder. For shareholders we want to understand what the VC's make of FVR. They'll ask all the right questions. I'll take my lead from them. Inclined to think that FVR will be hugely valuable based on the quality of personnel joining the team and the plans for significant headcount additions.

F'd be more concerned about the terms of the licencing agreement between haptx and VVR.

How much are FVR paying?

For what period is the licence?

I'd also be concerned that the agreement is not exclusive. So other VR companies can obtain a licence.

flash, we currently hold 35% as TERN would have to announce if there was a change in any ownership of their investee holdings.

FVR alone will take this to £1+, add DA, Wyld and InVMA and the mind boggles.

Many many pounds not pence.

FVR looking like an almost dead cert unicorn in the making. Would be good to know what percentage TERN actually hold now and the corporate activity surrounding it.
