12/5/2019 13:21 | Quarter on quarter increase sweepie, so last quarter, how much was it?One could say that last quarter DA made £10k, the lrevious quater they make and additional £5k and the coming quarter the are already at £14k .... so they are increasing quarter on quarter....just flipping peanuts in the great scheme of things.....but AS statement would still hold true. | duxy786

They might bang on about no sales etc etc but DA have just announced quarter on quarter increases in revenue, now tthat is a FACT not speculation of a shorter or knocker. Looking forward to the week ahead, now go out and enjoy the sunshine, see you tomorrow Yes, they could be increasing revenue, one device at a time though, 3D systems might have 3 users of their connect service, Wowwww, every dollar counts mind you... | stead41

12/5/2019 10:01 | Lol, rockets, moon and mars, comments made by posters here but not echoed in any of the results RNS's.Last one was Sisto saying he was "disappointed" at the lack of sales. Probably over a hundred IOT platforms out there now. Many are seeing exponential grown last 2-3 years. Ask yourself why Device Authority is not? They can partner in to every ecosystem yet the sales are still dissapointing. They can flash every single big name brand under the sun, yet no big name investor has taken interest and invested in to Device Authority in 2 YEARS of an open funding round. Ask yourself why?Is the peri-peri special sauce extra hot, no one can eat it? LOLMany were told by people here of a "special dividend or bonus" on a good exit. Sisto confirmed there was no such thing. As exits go, this one has to be the worse since its been on sale for over a year and yet no takers. Why is it that I say, Kkrriiss2 and others here lie about Sectigo requiring Keyscalar? Simple, because if Sectigo thought their next generation IOT manager was under threat from being bought by a rival, they would have already taken Device Authority. If they felt DA's patents or platform was was worth the numbers the liars on here brandish around, they would have taken it a long time ago. Sisto knows this and I bet he kicks himself every day knowing that he could have sold for 20-30m early on, but now he be lucky to even offload Device Authority for a few million. Some food for thought.Have a good day....time to go...#diy-sos | duxy786
12/5/2019 09:57 | Just a quick portfolio update.. DA, still unknown if they have any users for their one and only product Keyscaler, yes they have published contracts but these contracts are purely other vendors trying to sell a solution that involves Keyscaler, not a sales contract as such, they are just resellers of keyscaler with it being part of a solution. FVR, only 4 common procedures to date, I don’t think surgeons need reminding on how to do a hip or knee operation, very common procedure with a long waiting list. As for trainees, surely they obtain the cadavers whole, maybe some hips and knees get thrown in the limb bins now as the students are busy playing on an arcade game. Still a young company though, they need a lot more procedures to become a viable alternative. The problem with an arcade game environment is it removes pressure and fear, I could play the game but cutting a human open, nah. InVMA, doing ok. Wyld, doing nothing. | stead41

12/5/2019 08:25 | Veil being whipped off Tern this week like a new car being launched at The Geneva Motor Show, suddenly everybody will be aware of the sleek gleaming investment company that is Tern. One or two of the above is about to become fact, a coincidence that John was in the market this week, think not, if the leading investor in Tern was adding heavily this week together with his associates, I would be expecting to see a rocket soon | sweepie2

12/5/2019 07:47 | Partial exit of anyone of our 4 excellent current investments Multinational taking part share of anyone of our 4 current investee companies AS iminently announcing increased FVR holding IPO/floatation of DA and/or FVR DA announcing exponential revenues..already happening just not announced yet FVR announcing exponential revenues...already happening just not announced yet Governments (already happening) announcing laws that the IoT's must be secured or significant fines and penalties. This is a massive one! Directors buying significant number of shares (currently in closed period, not rocket sciences to know why this maybe!) Another multi national such as J and J announcing contract with DA Takeover bid for TERN itself Significant buyer in the market Press coverage and buy recommendations with broker targets multiples of current price, awakening the world to TERN AIM and the general market waking up to this sleeping monster. AS stating at the end of the next RNS that TERN is on a slingshot to Mars! We're are very much on the launch pad here! | philjeans

12/5/2019 06:16 | duxy78612 May '19 - 04:26 - 150536 of 150538 0 0 0 Kkrriiss2 making it up again. These outright lies have never been proven and not once has AS said that sectigo IOT manager requires Keyscalar. This has only been stated on this board by BS conartists. Duxy you’re being a little misleading here, Sectigo and DA have a contract in place, whether or not Keyscaler is powering the Sectigo IoT manager is irrelevant really, the sales of any Sectigo IoT PKI Manager will gain DA a royalty payment, that is the contract, how many platforms have they sold?? Going to the contract RNS it looks like Sisto was misleading the market and Tern investors, he clearly got confused with Comodo CA and Comodo, at the time of the contract Comodo had already sold Comodo CA(Sectigo) so linking the two together was a mistake. How Sisto didn’t feel the need to correct himself and inform the market is beyond belief, the Market was told the deal was with Comodo. From the RNS Tern Plc (AIM:TERN), the investment company specialising in the Internet of Things (IoT), is pleased to announce that its investee company, Device Authority Limited ("Device Authority"), has signed a three year global OEM agreement ("the Agreement") with Comodo CA ("Comodo"), a global innovator and developer of cybersecurity solutions and a worldwide leader in digital certificates. *Sisto is linking both companies together( Comodo Cybersecurity is a global innovator and developer of cybersecurity solutions and Comodo CA is a world leader in digital certificates). With more than 85 million desktop security software installations, 700,000 business customers and 8,000 global partners and affiliates, Comodo is building a new IoT security services platform ("the Platform") which will be powered by Device Authority's KeyScaler technology. *Sisto is clearly talking about Comodo Cybersecurity and not Comodo CA above This agreement, which will see KeyScaler supporting Comodo's ambition to build on its position as one of the world's largest certificate authority organisation by expanding the traditional use of Public Key Infrastructure ("PKI"), provides further validation of the Device Authority's product suite. | stead41
