08/5/2019 12:48 | tburns, Some or all of the £1.4m has been spent. Johnma posted a link to FVR's Companies House record. On 1 May 2019 FVR registered a charge. Attached to the Companies House form is a copy of a debenture to which FVR and Tern are the parties. A defined term in the Debenture is: "Loan Note Instrument" means the loan note instrument entered into by the Chargor [FVRVSL] on or around the date of this Security." So it is clear that Tern has lent FVR monies. What is not clear is how much and on what terms. | stentorian | |
