Thanks for that Stentorian, missed that. Still surprising as to why they wouldn't confirm by RNS on what basis that loan note is to be converted into and what the parameters are.

I wonder what the loan note will be convertible into? The clue is in the new Articles of Association adopted by FVR on 29 October 2018. Shares, options or warrants maybe all three.

JonC, it's all part of the cycle which dilutes shareholders. If anything, the minute DA had a deal, Sisto should have hustled and jumped all over it. Now he and TERN shareholders are left holding the dirty stick.

FVR must be burning cash at a phenomenal rate.

No wonder the fund raising was urgent.

DA will need another cash bung shortly.

Fully funded!!!

tburns,

Some or all of the £1.4m has been spent. Johnma posted a link to FVR's Companies House record. On 1 May 2019 FVR registered a charge. Attached to the Companies House form is a copy of a debenture to which FVR and Tern are the parties. A defined term in the Debenture is:

"Loan Note Instrument" means the loan note instrument entered into by the Chargor [FVRVSL] on or around the date of this Security."

So it is clear that Tern has lent FVR monies. What is not clear is how much and on what terms.
