12/8/2018 15:17 | And the idiot rampers continue to ignore the company's own valuation and post their usual gibberish. Has to be said some of them have become more realistic in their outlook but then spoil it by agreeing with dangerous lunatic rampers like Mike Routhorn and a few others. Why are the rampers trying to bury this vital info from the company itself? It comes direct from TERN BOD. Why are the rampers ignoring it? Are they all certifiable insane? .TERN has $1.49m cash and D/A is skint that makes for insolvency not a sale for billions of dollars. This is the valuation TERN put on ALL its investments ON THE 16TH MAY 2018 including D/A "As detailed in its portfolio announcement of 16 May 2018, the current aggregate balance sheet valuation of Tern's investments is approximately GBP11 million." That is TERN's valuation for ALL their investments but the thicko rampers says the company is wrong and the real valuation is worth billions of dollars. ……… 13 June 2018 Tern Plc ("Tern" or the "Company") Statement re: Share Price Movement Tern Plc (AIM: TERN), the investment company specialising in the Internet of Things ("IoT"), notes the recent continuation of the rise in its share price and the Board confirms it knows of no reason for the price rise, save for the ongoing developments and collaborations previously announced. As detailed in its portfolio announcement of 16 May 2018, the current aggregate balance sheet valuation of Tern's investments is approximately GBP11 million. Following Tern's most recent fundraising on 14 May 2018, which raised GBP700,000 at a price of 18.5 pence per share, and the subsequent investment in FundamentalVR and loan to Device Authority, the cash position of Tern as of 12 June 2018 is GBP1.49m. Further announcements will be made as and when required in accordance with the AIM Rules. | harrissen
12/8/2018 14:32 | You call it "dreary pessimism" I call it reality and until its seen in B&W its worthy of comment | sweepie2
12/8/2018 13:52 | Key management seems crucial going forward Vanafi hammer on about as do Thales (see second video) | andrbea
12/8/2018 13:40 | Keyscaler appears to be a natural extension of HSM's to secure the devices rather than just the cards etc Is that the big attraction to Thales & Gemalto ? We extend the reach, a bit like Intel, extending the reach beyond the chip and creating a new revenue stream ? | still waiting
12/8/2018 13:37 | Been a while since we've heard about Multos. IoT/device to device payment solutions would be a huge vertical on their own. | still waiting
12/8/2018 13:37 | eg Verisec via Thales Verisec page 10.8.18 PAYMENT HSM SECURE PAYMENTS AND TRANSACTIONS Thales HSMs have long been a standard within the payment industry, and with more than 25 years of experience the company has reached a market leading position. The numbers speak for themselves: Thales HSMs protect 80 percent of all card transactions in the world. mkt cap: 576.72m SEK /// As Keyscaler is in SafeNet and Oracle uses the latter Secure Data-at-Rest in Oracle Cloud with Gemalto's SafeNet KeySecure and Data Protection Portfolio Oracle mkt cap $ 193,71bn | andrbea
12/8/2018 13:35 | Don't forget that Gemalto alone had eur 3bn in revenues in 2017. and is winning a lot of business in 2018, with many new clients (NetApp, IBM Cloud, Oracle, Intel SGX, smart meters, transaction payments (together with Thales' Cryptomathic) etc.). So I expect 2018 revenue to be higher still. Same can be said of Comodo (recent growth in revenue). So even if DA get a portion of that, with a p/e of 20 (or even 4), and all the other partner platforms or embedded chips KS is on (AMD, Intel SDO, PTC, Microsoft Azure, AWS, Thales HSM/Healthcare/Defen | andrbea
12/8/2018 13:12 | jamonit12 Aug '18 - 12:29 - 115775 of 115777 0 3 0 Eeyore, if Gemalto's system is based upon KS, and we know that it is, and NetApp are using Gemalto's system, what do you need in B&W? I'm growing tired of your dreary pessimism. Do you suffer from depression by any chance? Pessimism = Not lying. Jamonit is intelligent enough to know that it isn’t Keyscaler. DA didn’t patent the word KEY. | stead41
12/8/2018 13:08 | Yes SW. Isn’t it handy that DA is agnostic and can be used for all platforms! | arpy2

12/8/2018 12:07 | We believe We think We hope We guess But until we see it in black and white K/S might not be involved, another reason for more info to be released like a quaint thing like a Device Authority up to the minute trading statement | sweepie2
12/8/2018 11:28 | Re netapp it must be new Keysecure has only just been launched | kkrriiss2
12/8/2018 11:13 | It just gets better NetApp now Working with Gemalto, NetApp offers centralized key management across a broad range of encryption solutions, including: NetApp Storage Encryption (NSE) NetApp AltaVault NetApp Cloud ONTAP Other vendor KMIP-compliant encryption solutions. This allows organizations to select the encryption solution that best meets regulatory and workload requirements, while achieving high availability, and improve compliance and auditability | kkrriiss2
12/8/2018 11:05 | I value each partner as they are revealed and allocate a value that I am happy with. Intel, Comodo, Thales, Gemalto, Microsoft are clearly the biggest so far but they all count when potential value is being factored in.. We are still very cheap on my valuation. | still waiting
12/8/2018 10:43 | No sales to RNS, needing handouts every few months to keep the lights on, huge losses. A burger van is worth more than DA. | loughton
12/8/2018 10:20 | Top notch comedy!!!!!! Hilarious!!!!! flashheart12 Aug '18 - 10:09 - 115768 of 115769 0 1 0 Very interesting discussion this morning guys. 12/8/2018 10:12 | Been here quite a while first buy was Dec 2014, when we hit 2-3p earlier in the year I moved £23k via cash transfers on my credit cards(not something I recommend unless you can cover it!) because I felt so strongly that we were ridiculously under valued, still feel the same way!A lot has happened since then and the company is moving forward at a pace, can see a sale of 500+ believe those involved will not take anything less, look forward to update next month!
