Rhwillcoll, an excellent post my friend.

Not only do we have a stable of very exciting prospects but the oldest and most developed has turned out to be a global leader partnered up with pretty much anyone who counts.

Compare and contrast with other cybersecurity outfits like Flx or Ecsc who, with the best will in the world are grabbing at crumbs in an effort to survive.

And the much maligned Al Sisto has been utterly pivotal in the development of both DA as an entity and Tern as an investment vehicle.

If Tern is to be THE IoT innovation incubator it is aiming to be then we ought to be looking at multiple exciting, groundbreaking and nosebleedingly lucrative companies to research, investigate and watch as they are sold for fortunes.

Exciting times indeed.

From the excellent research of the likes of Andrbea - but also many others, for which we are most grateful, we can clearly see the totally disruptive nature of all that we have here with KeyScaler.

It is quite extraordinary, and little did I think some three years ago that the initial Cryptosoft IoT security solution (which joined with and became Device Authority) would not just develop to become the "best in class" (true), but in reality, the only one for securing the IoT, as automation and scale are an absolute necessity. With our current 37 channel partners, which means also the inclusion of THEIR partners, we have this wonderful hyper growth situation where, uniquely, KeyScaler/Device Authority is securing the 4th Industrial Revolution. Little did I envisage three years back that in this space, we would be the only key player: I thought we would, at best, be one of a number.

But no, we are on our own, the only one, unique and being embedded by our global partners at such a speed that almost every day, some major new "partner of partner" is found that simply "adds value" to what we already have.

"Strategic" - "Unique" - "Multi-Patented" - "Invaluable"

I wish to congratulate all those who have somehow "found" this excellent stock. It could have been by accident, through work, by research, or via personal recommendation. Not solely Device Authority by any means, but the whole caboosh: the quality of management, the other investee companies, the 40% special dividend (isn't that extraordinary?), and the proposed 12-15 IoT companies, each to be built up and sold, for the benefit of the shareholders. I think we can all see the "mark of greatness" of this investment. Truly outstanding and for me, an absolute thrill to have found it.
