It is a "fabulous piece of news", which is why a number of us lth's strongly believe
it was deserving of an uptodate RNS "wrapper", so all shareholders and the wider
investing community were made aware of the successful integration/launch.

I'm sure you would agree that most shareholders don't get to sit watching BB's day
in day out, but look for the official "wrapper" RNS's which affect their
investments?

If as you say neither DA/Tern have released this SUPERB looking news, does it not
follow that many shareholders may be unaware of the launch?

IoT is fast moving, Comodo now launched and controlling 40% of the CA market so they will be promoting heavily an automated pki system now, imho..

Comodo is just one angle DA has for revenues !

Look on the bright side.... What a cracking 2nd quarter for Tern share price up 1500%.
Lets have more in the next quarter and the one after that and.....

It can still run a long way, for a long time, if the predictions for iot materialise, then the sky is the limit

Last point before I hit the beers and try and turn off from yet another disappointing day is that yesterday in my conference call with Redleaf they stated that product launches would be RNS'd after I raised why Comodo hadn't been put out as news as I was originally told that it was being released on 26/6/18. Within 24 hours that commitment had been shattered, hoping they put it right on Monday

I honestly feel that if people are unhappy with the way this ship is being sailed then they should seriously reconsider their investment decisions.

It's either a ground-breaking product that will produce SIGNIFICANT revenues and, therefore, value - or it's just another piece of software.

To spend so long debating what should or shouldn't have been formally announced with a regulatory release is s complete waste of time. After all the Thales Blueprint RNS hardly lit a fuse under the share price now, did it?

Like most contributors on this board, I want the price of Tern shares to increase. But I only want it to increase when there is substance behind that increase. You cannot expect the company to say Oh by the way, some third party is going to start offering a product that if it sells we will get some income. That is not price sensitive.The price sensitive information is when the product being offered has secured guaranteed sales in enough volume to become price sensitive. It appears we have a decent number of pipeline offerings but no material amount of paying customers so far.As Warren Buffett says - be patient. As long as you are happy with your research, you can be.I repeat my comment from this morning, if you truly are a long term holder, you shouldn't care about the share price in the short term. Only traders - both long and short holders - care about the intra day/week/month movements.Long term shareholders must let the BoDs do their work and trust in them.
