Hi LiamYes the 1% in the USCAP projections are wrong in the sense that we are focusing on specific sectors not all of it so they intend to correct that shortlyAS pointed at with limited resources it was important to focus on certain sectors to get a leadership position in them In terms of USCAP raise they see that as the best way of raising money for DA (ALP have limitations on how much they are allowed to put in) so the best outcome for all was considered He mentioned again this desire for a strategic partner through that raise and when I asked what about our current partners he said they would put off some of the other partners so they want to find a partner that will not be viewed as a threat to the others.In private conversation later he said the idea would be that if number 1 in say certificates wanted to buy out DA he would first say no and wait for return offers then call number 2 certificates company to tell them the scenario and let them fight it out and whoever comes up with the most money wins.Simples!
