Dear All

In 1994 I qualified as a Chartered Accountant whilst working for Universal and Paramount pictures, in 1995 I joined Warner Bros European Film distribution, delivering content to 53 countries across the globe.
In January 2000 we merged with AOL in a $200bn dollar merger, valuing the business at 90 times PE, astronomical value. With time the stock price fell from $95 to $6 and several executives lost a lot of money as a consequence.
The key lesson from this is to buy assets when they are distressed because the upside potential is far greater.
Tern went through its distress last October with Angus leaving and dumping his stock, CLN, Share P and a very poor sentiment.
Today we have a clear strategy the business has three amazing assets and is entering a sector which is set to grow beyond our dreams. I strongly believe in Al, Sarah, Bruce and Ian to deliver great value for all shareholders.

I am enjoying the ride, I’m not complaining either about you or your mates loading up. I just got a feeling yesterday when out shooting with an old Leica. As much as I like shooting film and think Kodak Portra is the best colour film ever. I know despite a rise in popularity at the moment it probably will not last forever. Same with your industry, it will be /is cheaper and easier to shoot an Indie with a few Bkacknagics than feed a Bolex. I’m sure you know that, I was thinking maybe you see Tern as a business in the modern Progressive World that has a growing future. It’s not a complaint 😎 either way we win.

This will be a rinse and repeat placings cycle unfortunatley and i personally doubt that they are making any money in this at all taking into account costs of running the show, salaries etc!
There seem to be a few die hard TERN'ers on this thread and fair play to them as it's their own hard earned.
Personally would not touch this!
Always keep an open mind and listen to both sides (Bulls & Bears) Seems like the Bears have been right so far in this one to date.

Good morning and a happy almost xmas to you all.
This will be my last post ever on ADVFN as I am getting away from shares and will only be holding in TERN as an investor.
Just to let you all know.
The first 1 million purchase of this morning was mine.
1 x 500k
2 x 250k

I'm making this snappy and I understand not all will believe me so I have no issue with that.

I visited the Tern offices yesterday afternoon and was welcomed with open arms
I will not be saying anything on this board or any other regarding my meeting as I believe if you have invested here you need to do your own research and make an effort to getting the information you need.
Well I left more than satisfied.
I'm not going to say any more than buy more shares here if you have money, if not it's still good
This time next year some of you here will be looking at retirement :)

I will still be accumalting on the quiet and I wish you all the very best for 2018 and one thing, don't worry about TERN

I have sent countless emails and messages to them via the DA site and our worries are being addressed as we speak and appropriate action will be taken if necessary (which tells me it will be)

I will not post the full letter here due to privacy and the respect of the TERN board but it is very similar to JOE's make that what you will
