An update on Tern's 5% interest in Sure Valley Ventures Enterprise Capital Fund Q4 2023 update:

Captur

Captur has made significant progress on new business and product features in the last quarter. They have launched their real-time camera SDK into production, which is now being used by tens of thousands of users per month. They have continued to grow their market lead in mobility with plans to launch with new clients in the US and AUS markets in H1’24. They are also expanding into delivery and logistics and are in late stage negotiations with a Fortune 100 retailer in the US.



Jaid

Jaid has had several award wins throughout the quarter, including at the Fintech Finance awards where they won in the AI category, recognising the impact and innovation of their AI solutions on the fintech space.


Retinize

Retinize launched their real-time collaborative VR platform, Animotive, in 2023 and now has 250 users signed up and several new features added. The team were also invited to present Animotive at 10 Downing Street during an event on the Northern Ireland investment ecosystem and were one of only two companies selected.

With minimal money being spent from the last two placings, I think the funds are being used for legal costs for FVR. My opinion, make of it what you will but I have added significantly over the last few weeks to back up my theory.

You stated the below muppet!!!!!The data are in.The consensus is that it it is being pumped to get another fund raise away to secure BoD remuneration for at least six months.Technically therefore it is being called as RED day post dilution shares in issuance.They can't so you have been guilty of a blatant lie!!!!!What is more is the fact you are doubling down on that lie and proving what an utter moron you are!!

Desperation is a person deliberately lying!TERN have exhausted their ability to issue shares!!!! From the general meeting:The Resolutions would permit the Directors to issue up to 37,500,000 new Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 9.6 per cent. of the Company's existing issued ordinary share capital) generally and for cash whilst dis-applying the pre-emption rights of existing shareholders in relation to such an issue.Those have already been issued!!! You need to think some other misleading comment up!!!!!??????
