have no interest in lol.
Sadly it won’t have any
impact on Tern , but just
Builds a great profile against
them , this will hit 5p this week
in my view , but that’s only the
start 😉

Good morning all LTHs. For potential newbiews.... all 4 CEOs of our 4 portfolio Companies publicly confirmed some 4 weeks ago that Revenues have increased substantially during Q1 of 2024. I am anticipating another uplift in the share price this coming week. GLA.

USA is extremely light when it comes to Independent Cyber Security outfits which is probably why TB have paid a premium for DARK. A very nice Price for a company doing £59m profit pa

I dont think people go deep enough into the Mechanics of some of these UK Companies, Revenue??????????????/ is a fixation of many, Revenue is totally irrelevant to many, USA BUYERS looking to expand and improve their offering. DARK is a fantastic example

Apple have 2 Bn customers
Meta have 3.065 Bn Customers
Google have 4.9 Bn Customers
Msft have 6 Bn Customers

Those numbers say, these Companies are not interested in REV or Customer Numbers, they merely want the best product to fit into their Enterprise.

AI is the Catalyst that has fired the starting gun, Bidders might even come again for Dark in an Auction. Tern Investees are in a FANTASTIC PLACE, BEING OFFERED TO USA BY 10/11 who know their JOB. A SALE is likely within a Month, JUNE 2024 at latest. REMEMBER there are very few Independent Cyber Security outfits to choose from, particularly ones with the pedigree ours have.
It is all about AI You move today, or you miss out.
