25/4/2024 10:45 | Misleading or untrue? Correct me if I'm wrong but if they sold the warrants for 1.93Sek each there would be a net zero cost. Obviously anything in excess of 1.93 Sek would have seen them making a profit on the deal | onsideman
25/4/2024 10:38 | Exactly onsideman, that part reason for the placing was clearly misleading. | homtanks
25/4/2024 10:14 | I suspect most shareholders have come to the conclusion that TERN's holdings in its Investee companies are worth considerably more than the Net Asset Value estimated by our Management. Even the Management believe such a premise by reference to their recent comments. Unfortunately the current performance of TERN appears to be governed by the paltry sum of £307,692 debt and the cost of maintaining Administration and Operational support for the Company over the coming period until the first Exit is delivered. Cash resources are available within TERN, however their sufficiency and runway has not been communicated to Shareholders at this time. So, with our four ICs all gaining growth momentum [including Wyld who appear to have resolved their Supply Chain problems and are moving to full service execution]; it is time for TERN management to step-up and find an innovative solution to sort out these temporary challenges and return our Company to prime condition. All recognition to the BOD and the Leadership team for accumulating significant holdings in exciting and successful entities, but now it is time to concentrate on TERN. All IMO | tullynessle
25/4/2024 10:13 | Roll on the Virtual Summit when we can enjoy some real progress by DA instead of the 'strategy' soap at Tern. | andrbea
25/4/2024 10:12 | Some are guessing/surmising (on T-gram) that they exercised all the warrants they had, having sold off the rest earlier. Wording to that effect in the RNS would have helped. As others would read the RNS and think they haven't maximized. And the lack of info about how they'll spend the remainder of the raised funds is another glaring error (an investment or is it again just for salaries and overheads?). They seem unable to see the gaps in information when they compile an RNS. And not for the first time. | andrbea
25/4/2024 09:49 | It is more luck than judgment - they sold Wyld shares at much higher prices. | stentorian
25/4/2024 09:11 | The reason is that the BoD and AS prioritise themselves ahead of shareholders. That has always been the case as you all well know. | jonc
25/4/2024 09:07 | So why didn't Tern maximise their entitlement? They've spent virtually nothing and once again there are more questions than answers, which is being reflected very clearly in today's price action. No one can be that stupid so you have to believe it's intentional, though for what reason I can't begin to imagine | onsideman
25/4/2024 09:02 | I hope Wyld's supply chain is robust enough to supply all of the sensors / terminals that will be required to fulfil all the recently announced contracts (plus hopefully more to come). If so, Wyld will be an absolute monster money making machine. | jimbob58

25/4/2024 08:34 | sweepie3 Posts: 849 Price: 2.75 No Opinion Wyld NewsToday 07:58 Wyld Networks and Prophase Energy have entered into an agreement to use satellite IoT to provide pressure data from Angolan oil and gas wells. Wyld Networks and Prophase Energy will jointly begin monitoring offshore oil and gas wells to reduce environmental impact. Angola is one of the 20 largest oil-producing countries and is the second largest after Nigeria in Africa with an oil production of 1.5 million barrels per day in 2022. With Prophase Energy's knowledge and expertise combined with Wyld Networks' satellite IoT capabilities, it can better meet the increasing demand for IoT data. Prophase Energy focuses on enabling an efficient and safe way to manage production from, among other places, the Gulf of Guinea. They provide various solutions that monitor wells, including integrity management, borehole data collection, and production optimization solutions. Wyld Networks' range of satellite IoT products, Wyld Connect and Wyld's network management tool, Wyld Fusion, manage the connection from well to end application at all locations to enable Prophase Energy's technology to deliver data. "We at Wyld are excited to partner with Prophase Energy to facilitate digitalization in the oil and gas sector in Africa," said Alastair Williamson, CEO of Wyld Networks. "Delivering sensor data via satellite from remote infrastructures enables Prophase Energy to deliver better data solutions to energy producers." | homtanks

25/4/2024 08:20 | How fast can Wyld grow the O+G customers now ? | still waiting
25/4/2024 08:19 | So TERN had approx 25 percent in wyld pre warrants. Just a thought, if they had exercised them all would that have pushed them towards 30 percent holding, which would have required them to make a mandatory offer? Probably not, but going below 20% means that additional rules and obligations in the context of takeovers may not apply to Tern. | ricardox |
