On the SW Thread, a train of thought that doubts whether FVR would go down such a route as Gaming. After all FVR has developed a particularly Valuable reputation as a Medical apparatus Manufacturer.

I would counter that argument with a look at the Space Industry, how many things are in Daily use that have come from that Industry, a substitute for Asbestos quality fire proof, Certain Glasses for people have come from Space Tech and there are many others.

FVR Reputation is not Compromised by it`s Tech being used in other applications.

Gaming particularly wants to put the participant in the midst of the action, FVR can do just that. Gaming in the Family environment is a huge Market and I believe this is the META/APPLE Goal.

There are 4 main investments in DA, TM, FVR and Wyld, Tern held a Capital Markets Day where all four presented. This was the red meat that that shareholders/new investors needed. The EV of these companies is ridiculous.



Running order:

(1) TM (includes AI using their proprietary solution Drug-GPT)

(2) DA (includes AI using their proprietary solution KeyScaler AI)

(3) Wyld (no AI - yet)

Microsoft Azure bodes well for DA with KeyScaler providing, the essential cybersecurity backbone for AI factories:

If FundamentalVR are are now looking into other avenue to introduce to there portfolio of skill training this tells us that they have now covered the surgery industry in bulk with only having upgrades or new types of surgery to deal with. So Just thinking of what other virtual reality skill could FVR would most likely be looking into, first comes to mind are, the veterinary industry and the dentist & orthopaedic industryWhat amazing company's are in the Tern portfolio

Any thoughts on the purpose of FundamentalVR Core

Realistically, is it likely that Developers will be designing solutions that contain the depth of expertise necessary to operate in medical domains, especially after noting the knowledge garnered and accumulated within Fundamental, its success in managing a challenging regulatory environment, and the recognition earned to date within its chosen industry / sector?

Secondly, why encourage Developers to compete with FVR's primary product/service?

Is it not more likely that FVR is promoting its Platform, Haptics and Associated Systems for alternative sector opportunities?

I can't envisage an Award Winning Global VR Surgical Simulation and Training Company would be integrated with an iGaming or iEntertainment entity.

However there could be a number of solutions, e.g.

i. (noting the figures in kk348060)

Major Platform, iGaming, iEntertainment company acquires FundamentalVR primarily
for its platform / Haptics then divests / IPOs the medical simulations and
training subsidiary.

ii. FundamentalVR sells or licences its platform/haptics solution to the iGaming and or iEntertainment industry.

iii. Other

Speculation only / IMO
