I think with four assets apparently doing well, doing deals. Tern being in “closed” buying position for the bod is very believable. The alternative is nothing happening in all four.

Regarding Closed position opinions re Tern BOD reluctance to buy Tern shares.

3 Scenario`s, Tern BOD discussing finance in relation to an MBO

or Tern are in active negotiations to sell Tern in its entirety or Tern are in active Discussions to sell an investee, maybe even 2 investee`s.


Anyone one would mean BOD Cannot buy Tern shares. incidentally, FORGET Shorting trap, any returning share price would not be high enough. Winnie is NOT a man of Straw, he could buy back and join in the rise.

IR stated on a previous webinar that the share price was too cheap(think it was in 6-7p range) and wished he could buy, but was unable to at the time, alluding to closed position. Still not bought.

I imagine it's an assumption based upon the fact that the share price is pitiful yet they're still not buying. There are, of course, other explanations
