I have a feeling in my water August / September for a conclusion and hopeful exit of DA to perhaps Microsoft. But how many more big players would love to have the golden goose and answer to Bidens EO? Answer on a post card.... A big post card.I hope this is our time, I wish all LTH success and a happy early retirement.

Agreed on the two quarters (though Biden's EO was signed a week or so after the CMD on 4 May) so I suspect that there has been exceptional growth far surpassing what AS envisaged. As AS said:

"We are actively, every month you know having conversations with many, many, potential exit opporunities but also cogniscent of the fact that a fourth quarter exit round with substantial increases in the SaaS revenues, as a measurement of the churn of the customer base etc and the multiples we are seeing right now are handsome and going up so we are carefully considering all of the opportunities as they present themselves but also looking at these opportunties with the idea that within two more quarters of performance the multiple on revenue would generate a sizeable difference in the multiple on Enterpise Value for the business..."

SentinelOne proved this week that cybersecurity companies are achieving fantastic multiples. SentinelOne achieved 46x Revenues just this week. This confirms AS' claims on Enterprise Value.

Yep, traders can only hope to be in at that vital moment but make no mistake the Market and key investors will already be in receipt of likely DA EV with further evidence from cross over valuations .. Explains why dips are heavily bought and subsequently attempting to buy back in volume proves a challenge ! GLA

As a holder of TERN shares for 3+ years, I am very happy to give Al his two quarters in order to extract the true enterprise value for shareholders in the sale of DA. By Christmas this year, I expect the share price to be well over 200p a share, and that we will all have received a special dividend at least equal to the current share price which will have paid back our initial investments. The patient will be rewarded. The traders will make a little beer money. Personally, I have better things to do than to watch a screen all day.

If Da has been left behind why would the like of Medigate partner with DA , Medigate a young growing award winning company, Would not risk reputation with secondrate IAM IOT Security solutions which they them selves call best in class ...... follow the smart money .

Here's my thinking....Darron and DA have been tweeting for many weeks immediately after any global news on cybersecurity hacks and especially after one the size of above but nothing this time...

Why? Cause we are about to hear something very significant regarding DA....coincides with the Biden 60 day deadline too and the reason we're having no placing...

Wyld will be fantastic but Friday was certainly not the start most expected....DA will blow us all away imo.

What I find disappointing on ADVFN is the constant drivel and bashing from posters who clearly know nothing about TERN. DA had something a few years back but like all the investees, they have been under funded and have been left behind. WYLD has been a damp squib and let's be honest...none of us really have a clue what's going on with the other investments. Sold in May, bought in May and been selling on the decline since...my take on this is sub 20 drifting back to c17 then a fundraise at a discount c13 - 14p within a month.

I think any news re any disposal or syndicated event re DA will be after cross trading of Tern starts on OTC.
