For anyone new here, today's sales are an orchestrated attempt to reduce the price for the long term holders and traders to sell part of their long term holding and reinstate it at a lower price. It is something they have been doing very successfully for a long time. If you have a stop loss in place, this fall is intended to find it and cash in.Long term Tern is going to be a great investment. Do not be rushed into selling unless you have lost faith in the company you invested in. I am against stop losses but each to his own.

Correct ridicule they are never done on a first come first allocated basis, the only worry is people could not be bothered with the aggro, thought they would not get many and did not bother to subscribe.
I personally would be shocked if it was not over subscribed, this stock needs some news to keep momentum up.

I am not subscribing for Wyld shares, preferring to make my investment via Tern, given they have 60%. I have not, therefore, read the subscriptions document. That said, however, my experience of many placings has been that the full subscription period was allowed to run in order to measure demand to support the subsequent trading price for better or worse. In the event of over-subscription all applicants are given equal rights and a scaled back allocation is apportioned. I have never seen an offer executed on a “ first come, first allocated” basis as Ellipses is trying to say.

We will only know the true position ASAP after 2pm this afternoon. I expect the announcement to be positive, but I can understand some nervous selling yesterday by those that bought sub 10p, given the shares have doubled in recent weeks. I hold all mine in anticipation of things to come and have ignored the trolls as ever.

Timing.

The subscription form shall be sent to Mangold Fondkommission AB no later than 23 June, 2021 15:00 CET.

If you assume Avanza/Nordnet ran to a similar deadline today then their books closed 14:00 UK time. The numbers may have already been in in time for the drop.

I'm very bullish here but you've to ask with ongoing running costs and just laying out £300k for Wyld IPO how much cash have TERN got left?

Basically we have a cash injection from an exit/partial exit in next few weeks/months or a placing.

Regardless the future looks fantastic.
