Keep it real SW - the 55p was just a spike based on the Thales partnership rumoured to be a massive earner which it wasn't.

Mac, too true.

We were at 55p before Wyld and any of the current investments will cover tern m cap.

Still say pounds per share when exits start.

All this tal about a 'single subscriber/investor' its just Sisto waffle. Theyre not an investor as they were selling them on before and straight after the placing. Its a bucket shop dressed up by a very naive(at best) Sisto!

Johnma owns 5% so you are claiming to own 7%!No mention on large shareholders list?

So,the usual suspect believes that most S/H's would accept 20p for our 'world class' stable of companies i.e £60m.Well,you're certainly not speaking for me and I can tell you that between myself & Johnma we own almost 12% of the co.I am certainly not looking at it through rose-tinted glasses, nor am I on the other board or this Guild thing. When I see the likes of Seal Software selling for $188m,then I believe that our 'best in class' Keyscaler,FVR,Wyld & Invma, will easily be worth much more combined.KS is now available for sale on the Azure platform and will gain traction,of that I have no doubt. Some believe that FVR is the jewel in the crown and is gaining traction worldwide whilst Wyld & Invma are making progress.I understand people's frustrations but most of our investee co's are dealing in fairly secretive areas.I do feel that in the next twelve months we will see at least one exit.It only took news of the Gemalto/Thales partnerships in 2018 to get this to 55p.GL to genuine holders.

'and this placing gives people an amazing opportunity to buy in at a price nobody thought we’d see again'

The statement may be hackneyed;yet it continues to resonate strongly.

I personally believe it to remain true today;in the same way as that earlier 3.75p back in March, looked, and proved to be,such an "amazing opportunity".

As confident as one can be,I believe that the current low will very soon become historical and that on the occasion of the next rise to say 11p we will see the upward momentum continue much further, even as Sweepie2 and others temporarily dampen any price resurgence with their threatened partial exits.

1399Peter don't hold your breath - Directors have not taken part in nearly all the placings.

The last one was the first Sarah Payne has been involved in and that was for a about £5 K - she obviously is not prepared to invest nearly as much as anyone on this board. Strange really when all our company's are worth 100's of millions and she's on the inside, I mean she must know that the share price is a snip and way undervalued - maybe she know's something else we don't !

1399Peter. AS has confirmed that the £1.5m came from a single subscription, so the Directors could not take part.

I think the problem was the company was badly advised in summer 2018 in what it put out and still didn’t put out, this allowed a virtuous decline, where short sellers knew tern would be capped from the rns they could put out, like the cln fiasco all over again.

Perhaps one for the legals if ever needed.

Anyway, if that is the last placing before an exit and MS then takes over the mantle we can move onto bigger targets.

Tern has too keep it small for now as missed numerous opportunities to raise big 2 years ago.

Sweepie2

Firstly, well done with SNG, ( wish I had picked up on it when you mentioned it)

Anyway...I am in no way defending the lack of comms from TERN in general. But there is always the possibility that AS can't tell us anything of substance if a deal is being done.

Someone posted that no directors had taken part in the recent placing, which might be a clue, or not who knows

Start from the principle that Al is making something bigger (with Device Authority and Wyld in particular) and his actions make a lot more sense, imo.

As a fairly rubbish analogy, he's got The Strand, and Fleet Street, which bring in some rent to keep us going round the board. But if he buys Trafagular Square, he's got the set, can double the rent and build some hotels!

Have you noticed the very close similarity to the wording of that shareprophets Tern Update posted by JonC, and the wording from Jonc's posts?

JonC is shareprophets.
