Director/PDMR and PCA Shareholding

Ten Entertainment Group PLC announces that it has received notification that Christopher Mills, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has transferred 500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from Harwood Capital LLP to Investec Wealth & Investment. Christopher Mills remains the holder of the shares.

As a result, Ten Entertainment Group PLC also announces that it has received notification that the holding of Harwood Capital LLC, of which Christopher Mills is Chief Financial Officer, has reduced by 500,000 shares. The reduction was the above transfer of shares so no monetary transaction has taken place.
