Ten Entertainment Group plc (the "Company") has today published the following documents:

   --      Notice of 2023 Annual General Meeting ("Notice") 
   --      Form of Proxy for the 2023 Annual General Meeting 

Copies of these documents have been posted or otherwise made available to shareholders today. Shareholders who have elected to receive paper copies of shareholder communications from the Company will shortly receive copies of the documents.
