V. nice 18% increase in dividend announced yesterday, increase in full year from 33p to 'at least 39p' (9.75p per quarter)

Not quite up to pre-Covid levels but a decent move nonetheless.

Good interview with the managers on moneyweek website, they do love value. This went ex div and still is up, good stuff.

Q4 dividend declared, 8.25p, same as Q3 and at their new dividend level as announced back on 23 Sept.

Royal Mail was also a good performer for LWDB (Law Debenture) in January.
"Value UK" has had a nice breeze in the sails of late. Not as good as growth US or China, but there is definitively an improvement.

I'm very grateful to Merryn Somerset Webb. She pointed me, and many others I'm sure, in the direction of TMPL in early October in the FT. After due diligence I fancied it a lot and bought a lot. 40+% up in a couple of months is very welcome.

She also pointed in the direction of NWG, now up 15%. I think I should subscribe to her publication! She's a very clever woman.

I'm a newcomer (since 2 weeks ago) so really pleased to be in, it was recommended recently in the financial press and I'm into value on the whole when it comes to investing so this is a perfect fit

What is great here is that the divis keep coming in quarterly while waiting for the market to recognise undervalued companies

Happy to hold this one in my ISA :)

If bought at 600-700p I totally agree as the new managers seem to have turned the corner.

If one had been holding for the past few years... :(
