Only 9600, but all buysfor a rise of 2%

If I'm not mistaken, there is not much of a free float in the shares.

nice markup of the quote, but no trades yet at the new price.
Any volume or press comment looks likely to shift the price sharply.
Let's hope IC does an update soon !

This is good news for TGM.

CONGESTION ZONE TO GROW

London's controversial congestion charge is set to double in size within two years, under plans from Mayor Ken Livingstone.

He has given the green light to the extension - subject to further investigation - which would extend the boundary westwards as far as Earls Court, taking in the prosperous areas of Notting Hill, Kensington and Chelsea.

Kensington and Chelsea council immediately protested, saying the plan ignored public consultations earlier this year in which two-thirds of respondents rejected an extension.

"This really is staggering. When the Tube is falling apart he wants to chuck £120m at a money-losing congestion charging scheme," the council said in a statement.

The scheme is the biggest in the world and was launched in February 2003.

Proposed extended zone

Drivers entering a zone stretching from Hyde Park to Tower Bridge pay £5 a day between 0700 and 1830 on weekdays.

The existing scheme raised some £70m in its first year, about half what was expected. The money will be used to improve roads and public transport.

The extension would come into effect in 2006.

Major retail chain the John Lewis Partnership also expressed "severe disappointment" at news of the extention, saying trade in the existing zone had been hit hard since it came into force 18 months ago and was only now starting to recover.

Hey Guys,

Just thought id tell you about DART GROUP. - The smart investors' favourite budget airline -

A host of shrewd investors are backing budget airline and distribution business Dart Group with one top smaller companies team buying at the start of this month.

Dart (DTG), which operates fledgling budget airline jet2.com and also offers air distribution services using the same planes, has become a tempting destination after a slump in its share price in the second half of last year.

Heres a few reasons why its a good time to buy now...

* Results in 7 weeks (16th June)
* ISA Stock
* The first half of the year Dart's pre-tax profits rose by 31% to £7.1 million from a 16% rise in turnover
* Company is very cheap with a P/E of only just over 7 and a forward P/E of just over 6
* Offers a healthy 4.7% dividend yield
* Market Cap. 45.70 m
* Shares In Issue 34.49 m
* 3.7% spread
* Directors and Institutions hold 61% of the shares, very few in public hands.
* Loads of cash in Bank
* Jet2 operates from Leeds/Bradford and Belfast with flights to 13 destinations once a Belfast-Prague service is launched at the end of this month.
* 16% (net book value) of the total tangible assets is in freehold property with less than 1% in short term leaseholds
* Airline booking increasing this year, a Very good recovery play considering the stock is on the bottom of its range...

When Dart's fleet of aircraft is not being used to transport holidaymakers they are utilised for distribution services, ferrying cargo, fresh produce and flowers. The company is also involved in freight forwarding at Manchester, Newcastle, east Midlands and London Heathrow.

Cheers

Well some people liked the results today - so far up 9.3% on the day. But volumes are low. If there are no delayed transactions, there have only been 10 transactions so far today, and total volume only 29,000.

Telling's final results out today.
- they grew their eps(after tax) by 72%,
- now they are only on a PE=14, and that is after tax, and using the last financial year
- they have reduced net debt from £8.68M to £4.97M (FYI Mrkt Cap=£30.8M)
Conclusion: A somewhat undervalued company IMHO:-

Telling's also announced two more acquisitions. This really is a growth company. They have been contining to make acquisitiosn like this, and also increasing penetration of profitable Transport for London contracts (partly through acquisition, and partly through internal growth).

There is an analyst presentation at 10am today, so maybe we will see a rise in share price as the value of this compnay sinks in.
