19/1/2018 13:04 | Scott - any further update ? | alcopop
08/1/2018 13:41 | If anyone is that unhappy with the wait I am happy to buy shares off them privately - say 0.25c a share ? | rjmahan
08/1/2018 13:35 | Harry - that is how it is usually done - it doesnt seem to be case in Dubai - liquidator needs to be appointed. | rjmahan
08/1/2018 11:47 | Guys, this is Scott from Locus. I had a call with them and everything sounds fine. For those who are not on my mailing list yet can you please give me the details in the following google form? I will be sending out an update shortly. | scottleey
08/1/2018 08:40 | How can they fully wind up when they have a potential earn out till 08/21. | flyfisher
08/1/2018 07:04 | Taken from the circular... "The appointment of a liquidator, the Voluntary Liquidation and related actions will require, inter alia, the approval of Shareholders in a further general meeting to be convened after Cancellation has taken place and will require a further circular to be published and sent to Shareholders." | alcopop
08/1/2018 02:06 | rjmahan7 Jan '18 - 12:01 - 254 of 255 Dont think so - this was always going to take a while. What makes you say it was always going to take a while? Did the company provide an estimate of the prolonged time it would take? Should not take more than a couple days to return cash, at least a significant first distribution. They can keep a small percentage in escrow and distribute when all legal matters related to a wind down are settled. | harry_diddle
07/1/2018 22:59 | Tejoori fined by the good people at the FSA... so subtract £70k from whatever you expected to get back... | rjmahan
07/1/2018 12:01 | Dont think so - this was always going to take a while. | rjmahan
05/1/2018 19:39 | Looks like they took the money and ran. No return of cash. No response from company to inquiries. | harry_diddle
04/12/2017 18:34 | It looks like an easy 25% here but my main worry is the risk that value just disappears once the company is delisted and out of sight... | stemis
04/12/2017 17:43 | 6th that should say | alcopop
04/12/2017 17:43 | Delisted on 65 aren't we ? | alcopop
01/12/2017 11:45 | Ste Notifiable interests are in annual report.... I can believe register is dispersed..... He isnt Locus capital Scott... | rjmahan
01/12/2017 09:26 | I believe that's him.To be fair, the directors have managed to destroy most of the value here... Perhaps not run off with. | zcaprd7
30/11/2017 20:56 | The only notifiable interest I can see in this is Mark Campbell Lillingston who holds 3.79%. Anybody know any others? They managed to get 62.9% of shareholders to vote in favour of the delisting and the board only hold 16.4% so I can't believe the share register is that dispersed. Is the Scott guy who posts on here hxxps://www.locuscap | stemis
30/11/2017 16:21 | I would imagine UAE has quite strict laws against that sort of thing. Absolutely no sense of humour.... | rjmahan
30/11/2017 10:55 | That's always the worry with any company I suppose, although the cash has been sat in savings accounts, so if they wanted to do a runner, they probably would have done so by now and saved all this trouble for themselves? | zcaprd7
27/11/2017 23:45 | So what is to stop them just running off with the cash once this is delisted? | stemis
23/11/2017 01:22 | Well, that's done then, now, do this lot have the wherewithal to send out cheques to everyone? | zcaprd7
17/11/2017 16:30 | I think my main concern is that this is a Dubai based company and that it's web site doesn't seem to work (despite the announcement referring the reader to the site for a copy of the circular!!) | stemis
11/11/2017 16:30 | Update form Scott:Dear All,If you haven't already heard, Tejoori Ltd has announced the decision to first delist from AIM and to liquidate the company thereafter. Some of us have been working behind the scenes to put pressure on management so I would like to give a special shout-out to Sam John from Phronimos Capital and Struan Chrisholm. As stated in the circular, the company currently holds cash of about USD 17.6m, of which we believe some expenses would be incurred to wind down the company. And so we are voting for the resolution to delist the shares. After the delisting, we believe there will be another vote to liquidate the company so please stay tuned! Finally, thank you all for supporting our efforts. We are looking forward to the final vote! | zcaprd7
11/11/2017 02:08 | Just got note from Hargreaves, I understand the fear from a previous poster, why can't the delisting and liquidation occur simultaneously? | zcaprd7
09/11/2017 09:50 | This is a good read as has a past balance sheet breakdown hxxps://alphavulture | alcopop |
