Posted at 11/6/2018 16:01 by papy02 Finslly got the cash - for a certificated holding, but delayed as Capita lost the paperwork. 44.303p/share into our GBP UK bank a/c. (I estimate we lost about 2% to forex charges - vs the interbank x-rate today). Good result. |
Posted at 24/5/2018 19:33 by alcopop Looks like AJ Bell listened. My balance has increased after my enquiries. Looks like 0.4376 GBP per share now. Pays to question these things |
Posted at 24/5/2018 11:19 by alcopop From the Jan 2017 circular...AED 2.20146 per shareThat's GBP 0.447575 per share pre FX commission."Taking into account the expected costs of winding up the Company, the Board estimates that, should the Company take the recommended course of action, the surplus to be distributed to Shareholders by the Proposed Liquidators is estimated to be approximately AED 61,000,000 (or approximately AED 2.20146 per share on the basis of27,708,863 outstanding shares as at 15 January 2018)." |
Posted at 24/5/2018 08:10 by alcopop I have raised this with AJ Bell and asked for the amount per share received. The liquidators have responded also to me saying that they provided this information to AJ Bell. They can't give it to me because as a nominee in not a registered holder. As yet nothing back from AJ Bell... |
Posted at 23/5/2018 21:04 by alcopop Thanks. Has anyone received any official confirmation from the liquidators specifying the payout amount per share ? |
Posted at 23/5/2018 15:35 by harry_diddle Fidelity US via Citi UK as custodian paid $0.58962 per share today.Slightly lower than expected but there would have been two FX transaction fees presumably from AED > GBP > USD. Has anyone confirmed if this is the final payment? |
Posted at 23/5/2018 14:20 by alcopop Did anyone get an official communication either indirectly from their broker or directly from the liquidators directly explicitly stating the distribution per share paid out (currency and amount please) ?AJ Bell have sent me nothing other than credited an amount (today) which works out at roughly 40.5p per share based on my holding.Seems about 10% light based on figures others say they have been paid. |
Posted at 12/5/2018 16:34 by alcopop For those that have received the cash. What was the value of UAE received per share held ? Thanks in advance |
Posted at 02/5/2018 14:36 by sharpshare Looks like around AED 2.22 per share which is worth about 60.5 US cents or about 44.5p. |
Posted at 02/5/2018 14:03 by harry_diddle If some distributions have been sent, what amount per share should we be looking for? |
