What are the liabilities to reduce cash payable to shareholders?
Last accounts show due to a shareholder USD 877,200 and due to related parties USD 502,839
say liquidation fees of USD 400,000
27.7m shares
so maybe 57c back?

There is a possible earn out in the sale agreement for BEKON, ascribed no value in the accounts, it has passed its sale anniversary so anything due would most likely be settled by now.

Not sure what I make of this - they cancel listing, then hold another vote (no guarantees) after which I get my money back.

Not something I have encountered before. I dont like it.
