11/12/2017 09:44 | This is one of a basket of blockchains that I hold so not worried about holding a small "loser" on paper. But I can see some private holders waking up and not liking the "red" numbers on their screen. The bull will make this turn around at some point. | stampylong trader
11/12/2017 09:43 | Point taken fair-enough - | tomboyb
11/12/2017 09:41 | stampy Online not much better. I know a few on here will blame me for the drop but the mm's are the ones that are killing this for now. Buyers know they need a huge % jump in their favour just to get into profit so they hold back. Others that hold lose patience or panic sell. I'd not sell at 16p if I held these. I'd rather wait for the next spike even if they fall a little more first. And chances are even if they did drop lower you'd not be able to buy back cheaper | dave4545
11/12/2017 09:40 | One would hope we are somewhere near the bottom. These sells imo are still showing the holders a profit. Not that many that bought under 15p that are still holding. TECH have substance unlike a few others. | fairenough11
11/12/2017 09:40 | Yeah - You can sell but can you get back in cheaper - With the ICO exactly one month away there will be a reliance on sellers - | tomboyb
11/12/2017 09:33 | less than 100k traded - Very illiquid down 7.1% - A few bailing out - | tomboyb
11/12/2017 09:05 | We haven't seen such bull markets since the dotcom, or the roaring 1920s. 2007 was kids play. | stampylong trader
11/12/2017 08:55 | Interesting times in which we live...... | hazl
11/12/2017 08:24 | This is showing as 18p - some antics going on here. | stampylong trader
11/12/2017 07:37 | Bitcoin flying again. Got all those losses back from the other day. | dave4545
10/12/2017 22:40 | Well the white paper says 23% will be held by the Company. I'm. Taking the Company y to be Tech Financials | muffster
10/12/2017 21:38 | Not sure if Tech are participating in the ICO, think it's Cedex that keep the 23% Is that 23% of the 50m Cedex coins they want to raise, think it is. They have 100m Cedex coins in total. But issuing 50m Jan 12 2018 I will ask Cedex tomorrow in an email about the 23%, but their website shows they are keeping this & explains where this is invested within the company. So not sure if Tech get any Cedex coins. But maybe they do | euclid5
10/12/2017 21:33 | That's what I thought, especially as my calculations show that the 23% of Cedex coins that Tech get, equates to 20million USD. Very good return for 400,000 interest free unsecured loan and 40000 option price. Glad I'm in, will add | muffster
10/12/2017 21:33 | TMT Investments PLC (AIM: TMT.L), the venture capital company investing in high-growth technology companies across a number of core specialist sectors, announces that a number of blockchain industry participants, in a joint initiative with TMT, propose to launch a new fund investing in blockchain-related opportunities (the "Fund"). hxxps://www.cryptoni | euclid5
10/12/2017 21:33 | Cedexz needed the funding, so i guess Tech can call the shots | euclid5
10/12/2017 21:32 | $400k is to build the blochchain tech utilising the experience of TECH - TECH provides TECH and developmental services for that - CEDEX i think will be one project of which there are others - | tomboyb
10/12/2017 21:18 | How comes it's so cheap to buy ! 40K dollars ! | jp1962
10/12/2017 21:11 | JP1962, $40,000 "In consideration for providing this initial funding, upon incorporation of the CEDEX holding company ("CEDEX HoldCo"), CEDEX HoldCo will grant the Company an option to acquire 90 per cent of CEDEX HoldCo at an exercise price of US$40,000, which may be offset against any amount outstanding under the loan. Exercise of the option is at the sole discretion of TechFinancials and the option can be transferred, sold or disposed of as TechFinancials sees fit. The option period is for three years from the date of grant. | euclid5
10/12/2017 15:21 | technicals at least are bullish.......above | hazl
10/12/2017 12:04 | I take it we have option to buy 90% of cedex. How much will it cost to buy the 90% ? | jp1962
10/12/2017 11:07 | Seems to me a very shrewd investment by tech financials. 400000 unsecured loan.Option for 90% of Cedex. If my maths is correct at current Ethereum price that's 20,194,000 USD. | muffster
10/12/2017 10:03 | You tend to find when BTC drops the other 'tokens' go up. People derisk from BTC then look for secondary crypto offerings to punt in rather than back to cash. I.e. the BTC sell goes into say Litecoin rather than US$ or other Fiat currencies. Just a theory. | keya5000 |
