That's 4 new games and partnerships with indie developers announced in the last month and about 12 total in the pipeline. Should be a really positive Trading update on 8th June.

Hello All, my first post on ADVFN! I'm also on LSE but I hear crickets chirping on some bulletin boards over there.

I'm a big fan of Team17 and of their CEO, Debbie Bestwick, and there was a rare chance to see her speaking at the GamesIndustry.biz Investment Summit Online today.

The subject was Exit Strategy - Being Acquired or Selling Your Studio:


I certainly got the impression that Team17 are ready to acquire additional businesses, as they did with Yippee Entertainment at the start of this year.

Debbie outlined 3 important criteria for acquisition targets:
1. Additional studio capacity (in the right strategic region) and a team with an agile and adaptable gaming skillset.
2. Small indie developers with successful IP that could be built into a franchise with Team 17's help.
3. Larger like-minded businesses prepared to be part of a larger group with a similar culture and outlook and a solid track record and a strong management team.

Good luck to fellow Team17 shareholders. I'm very optimistic about the next 3 years.

Nice positive note from frontier studios expecting high end of market expectations makes the case for gaming companies even more attractive added more in the hope we push through 600.

Great company well run by people who know the their market One of the best companies in the aim 100 list. Unlike 95% of aim companies run by crooks. P/E a bit high but that will sort itself out in time. I always buy this one on the dips. Very solid share. Great mid term buy. Good luck all you investors.

I think personally we have suffered here lately because of a down grade from two brokers,but what will thrive in these conditions?

Ok. Like your enthusiasm here, I like the company but finding an entry point tricky. Showing good strength in a down market today...
