If the market wants to bring it down then why not 25 again? As you say though, it doesn't really matter, unless you are waiting to buy in cheaper. The results were better than I expected and unless the banks ruin everything by limiting credit too much then I really don't see the housing market getting much worse than it already is. Today is just down with the general market.

spen, thats what i thought... when do u think the profit taking will stop? i mean volume is low today ...seem to be manipulated small sells designed to push price down... however there seem to be not that many buys... has the buying stopped?

There would only be dilution if shareholders didn't subscribe. Let them run another cash call. I'd subscribe fully. What would be left is a company with zero debt, global operations in a recovering market and scaled down overheads. Let them do it. It's win/win either way. The leeches on here this morning are clinging onto nothing more than PI profit taking after a 15% rise in two days.
