When do you see the next housing boom?

Seems pretty premature looking to the next boom when we have such a long road to the bottom of the last boom. Don't confuse government intervention at every level of the housing market just prior to a general election as a recovery. There is a very strong case for a 'return to normal' phase having just been completed in the classic investment bubble.

good strategy, concentrate on increasing margins not volume....tw. will be more profitable in the next housing boom than the last one
