When do you see the next housing boom?

Seems pretty premature looking to the next boom when we have such a long road to the bottom of the last boom. Don't confuse government intervention at every level of the housing market just prior to a general election as a recovery. There is a very strong case for a 'return to normal' phase having just been completed in the classic investment bubble.
