Anything to comment on from before the last two months?

Clever use of pepper spray... even on a Sunday evening/Monday morning.

Nothing you have written all weekend has given anyone any comfort. It’s like you are deliberately trying to antagonise people.

Ignore the previous p155 poor management and destruction of the share price from 7.5p to 1.3p and celebrate at the price of 2.4.

Quite simple embarrassing. Unless your preparing everyone for some exciting news over the next few days, I don’t understand the agenda.

If news is due I wouldn’t be surprised if all these buys we saw are your friends taking more onboard.

Share Price has rapidly bounced off recent lows and gaining velocity.

Up 100% in two months

Up 20% on Friday.

Share has been oversold and off the radar but fast re-gaining market visibility and back on a stronger footing.

Many new corporate initiatives and a significant cost-cutting program backed by a significant £1.1billion of FUNDS UNDER MANAGEMENT make this a compelling situation


Ignore the shorters who want to spray pepper into your eyes to keep the price down.

Pepper spray moves quick, perhaps even quicker than Oliver Cooke and Brian Raven awarding shares to themselves for their valiant efforts.

It's embarrassing that a chairman of a public company has to resort to these channels to speak to shareholders. Says a lot.

Does i-Stock count as a new corporate initiative or has that been written off yet?

Does the cost-cutting program include cutting you and Brian off the board?

Are you planning to re-schedule the GM again or can we look forward to your 'all in favour' announcement then?

It's cute but he and Brian should be losing sleep on how this resolution will pass in the first place.

It’s just getting boring.
Maybe easier to ignore.

We have had these mini revivals numerous times and then it gradually falls back.
Yes I hope it continues upwards, yes I want the share price up.

I smell a rat with the deal and not much of the rhetoric nonsense the QP posts has done anything to convince me otherwise.

It’s either Cooke continuing the pattern of the board by ignoring the shareholders and treating them with contempt or someone just on the wind up.

Can QP please explain why it took more than 18 months to covert the “gifted” shares from the outgoing, naive board of SocialGo, equally 10% of the market cap of the company into ordinary shares?

Let me guess, you were incentivised to flood the market with shares to acquire Abacus Associates and Price Bailey Financial Services.

You got away without suffering any dilution once, it’s not going to happen again with the latest, ludicrous proposal.

You are both lying, dishonest and self-serving. PULL IT!

There you go QP. Copy and pasted what YOU wrote a few days ago. This is how they will get to 7p, easily, and this is why they are shafting ordinary share holders if the deal is voted through

I think the Company should consider a share consolidation. Maybe on a one-for-fifty basis.

Re rating here makes no sense. Why has it happened, sentiment can of course change but usually has some basis for doing so. The only info of late is an outrageously generous share options for the BODS, can’t be that as you are voting for dilution. Maybe it’s the trading statement but wasn’t that good. Something is up, IMO, and those in the know are snapping up shares. Hopefully the rise will continue into next week and we will see if any news is forthcoming

Another new poster to ADVFN. Only joined on 23 November. Only ever posted 14 times - and every time on this bulletin board. Curious and curiouser (or not)

I take it they are not a shareholder either.

And equally not happy that the share price is going up.

You don't need to be a genius to work why anybody is unhappy at a surging share price and what their agenda is.

Does it matter if he/she is a shareholder? These details are disclosed in the accounts (deep in the accounts but they are there) I have checked.
