13/2/2022 16:30 | Very well put mandarin. With inflation we need 9/10p | makeamillion3
13/2/2022 16:12 | QP wrote “I have to believe that all long-standing shareholders will be delighted to see their shares increasing in value so handsomely. Why wouldn't they! Well QP the opening price at launch circa 2014 was 7.5p so even at Fridays close they are all still WAY down. To congratulate the bods is wrong, they should be ashamed of them selfs. So I’ve explained why they wouldn’t be so over to you to explain why the same shareholders should ? | mandarin4
12/2/2022 19:05 | In at 7.5p. Seen the dilutions after dilutions. Bonuses for failure. Then celebrate the 1.3 to 2.50 raise like hero’s. Fair play to all in at the lower prices. I bought low end to average down. But with the current regime and all there share issues and bonuses, the allignment is 90/10 in their favour and always has. Then anyone who questions them is slated by QP and threatened with legal action or your valid comments are hidden by copy and paste rants. If it’s keeps rising, I’ll be the first in here to say fair play. If. But if it now sneaks back to 4.5, 4.2. 3.9, 3.7. Then I expect QP to answer why | makeamillion3
12/2/2022 18:59 | Also remember that no government in the history of the human race has ever OVERSTATED the current inflation rate. So if they say inflation is 7%, it is probably at least double that number | spob
12/2/2022 18:57 | Investments must keep pace with inflation JUST TO STAND STILL ! | spob
12/2/2022 18:56 | Up 15% ? - only if you ignore 5 years of cumulative inflation :) | spob
12/2/2022 18:34 | Sorry to spoil the back slapping I am in at just below 6.5pThat's from 5 years ago I think So still under water My portfolio was up 15% last year I will celebrate when I am in 15% profit on TAVIThat means around 7.5pLet's hope it keeps going | markgordon1
12/2/2022 02:19 | Well, after many years sitting in red and several name changes, I got fed up and set a limit order at 5p, which got filled today, @5.01, tight gits. 1/3rd left, let's see where it goes. | roks
11/2/2022 17:11 | Ah ha. So it was just due an ST tip. & QP won't be off to Wormwood Scrubs prison after all !! (for any insider stuff) Je je ! | smithie6
11/2/2022 17:08 | dave, you spoilt the fun! haha some wonderful conspiracy theories today- without everyone realising the plain and obvious that the magazine was published and sent digitally yesterday late afternoon to thousands upon thousands of paying subscribers. Either way a great day for Tavistock with a massive 30% gain and more to come as further subscribers read the write-up and hopefully act upon the Buy recommendation this week-end. I have to believe that all long-standing shareholders will be delighted to see their shares increasing in value so handsomely. Why wouldn't they! Eye-catching that it was the first-mentioned share in this highly-regarded and eagerly awaited annual Investor's Chronicle Bargain List by their most followed and famous senior reporter. Very supportive for the share where the IC clearly paints a favourable picture about hidden value and future prospects. Bodes well for further uplift in the share price which clearly is beneficial to all shareholders. ALL IMO. DYOR. QP | quepassa
11/2/2022 17:04 | Delighted for everyone who had the ‘tip off’… Obviously QP (aka OC thought by many) knew. Must be nice to be able to have such knowledge and have orders placed for early morning trading. Unfortunately I sit patiently waiting for my 7.5p to come back whilst many are in and out in a day and make a nice 20/30%. Bravo. Plus, it’s amazing hit the levels required for the bonus hasn’t it? That they rewarded themselves last year. It absolutely stinks here. Am I happy with the increase? Obviously yes. Am I happy how it occurred? Hell no. So I’d I get this right, loads of people subscribe to this guy. He says what is ‘undervalued Sounds a great plan. What’s the odds on a slow reduction next week? | makeamillion3
11/2/2022 16:37 | So it's all ok | markgordon1
11/2/2022 16:19 | I got an email 23hours ago with the Simon Thompson tip as an IC subscriber. His mention was 20 hours ago. | davebowler
11/2/2022 16:04 | You are right. Anyone with insider info is not allowed to make it public. And if an insider perhaps tells their wife, or drops some hint, they must also tell them that there are, officially, serious penalties if they then buy or sell shares using the info. And that they must not tell anyone else. But In the UK you can often see a share price move in the 0-72 hours before an RNS is issued & normally nothing is ever done. I understand that an RNS probably needs to be approved by the co. Nomad. Also by the chairman or not ?? And sent to the stock exchange before it is published by the stock exchange. So, an RNS is circulated a little before the public see it. | smithie6
11/2/2022 14:18 | No. But I didn't end up buying them How did QP know about the Investors Chronicle Does he work for them Surely the author cannot do that Confused | markgordon1
11/2/2022 12:25 | For clarity, that quote above is from last year. The Board has already granted those options. So, no chance to vote against….done deal | graham1ty
11/2/2022 10:31 | “Tavistock, the financial services group, announces that it has granted share options, with an exercise price of 5.25p per share, over an aggregate total of 70,000,000 shares (representing 11.5% of the Company's current issued share capital) to its Executive Directors, being Oliver Cooke and Brian Raven. The exercise price of these options has been set at a level that represents a premium of 11 per cent. over the Company's closing mid-market price on 14 June 2021. 40,000,000 of the options are being issued to Brian Raven and 30,000,000 are being issued to Oliver Cooke. The options are capable of immediate exercise, have no performance conditions and are not being issued under the Company's EMI Scheme.“ Simon Thompson aware of this ? Very nearly handed a Complete freebie to the two greediest Directors. Note NO performance conditions. And capable of “immediate exercise”. How ST can support such appalling corporate governance, I just fail to understand. | graham1ty
11/2/2022 09:42 | TAVI now has a new strategic plan ? that some people know about ?? | smithie6
11/2/2022 08:51 | You will be referred to the Police for a full Investigation Lol | spob
11/2/2022 08:45 | I put an order on yesterday following QP post about coming news. I had a limit price and didn't get hit.My broker has asked if I knew about the article yesterday Not sure where I stand Was it inside information | markgordon1
11/2/2022 00:33 | Although as always, Simon will claim it was very easy to buy at the offer price quoted at the close yesterday afternoon. | spob
11/2/2022 00:30 | If you can buy any at 3.7 in the morning, you will be very lucky or have a broker who isn't corrupt | spob
11/2/2022 00:22 | Simon Thompson is the breaking news | spob |
