Not a cheap price for a minority stake (in the short term)
TAVI could not afford to buy BPM out on its own.
Could stack up with Titan Wealth.

Not much activity on the shares but at 25% spread it’s not surprising. Why the huge spread?

A lot of positive press coverage.

I would assume (correct me if wrong) that by following Tavistock’s compliance and processes means moving funds onto the new platform and under the management realm? Could be a big boost to the FUM in a short timeframe.
If that’s the plan, that could/should be a good deal.
I may however off got 2+2 and got 5?
Not much movement in the market on the back of this though…

It is a deal. But a minority stake with BPM in control.
If it was a good price BPM would have bought it first.

Well QP I have attempted to ‘absorb carefully’ the comments of BPM’s chief investment officer but I am not really seeing the perceived subliminal message that you are. Be a good chap and get the old enigma machine out and decipher in to English so we all know what you are banging on about. Thank you

I hope your right. Reward for long term holders would restore some faith.
Happy new year and good luck all

They bought the last shares higher; obviously hoping the buyback would lift the share price

Because they have received shares from the early days for nothing meaning their average is probably below current price Also remember they bought shares lower too

Aren’t their options set at 5.5p and 6p? So the share price has to be above that price to make them worth considering. So I have to question, if they expect the price to lift to make those worthwhile, why aren’t they filling their boots at 4.25/4.5p?
Do they have more ‘free shares’ to come due to targets or anything. I’ve forgot now as it all got murky when they tried to give themselves a chunk of the business which was coincidentally a few months before the Titan deal appeared. It’s almost like they saw it coming…. 👀👀
Don’t worry, in it together…

Yes but at what price Remember these chaps have significantly lower average cost price Not the 7p a lot of people have

If you are 65; you may want to cash in your options sooner rather than later.

It's a long race and it's clear that they are ripping the heart out of a good company, with good employees. The remaining external shareholders need to work together to find a solution to this slow burning robbery. Remember, this is a public company and they way out of their depth. This is far from over. Keep the faith.

Then there are the pension contributions Then the tree that keeps giving OPTIONSNo room for shareholders in this story

The Board do not really care if nothing happens for a while. They continue to bleed the coffers. In the last five years, total Board remuneration has been £2.9m. Raven has trousered £1.4m and Cooke £1.2m.

Why would you change that ?

If you look at the Balance Sheet for year end 2020, there were accumulate LOSSES of £4.023m. In other words, prior to the sale, this had cumulatively Made significant losses.

If our share price rises so will the value of their options.
Their options are presumably an added incentive.

Yes but they already are quids in because of the options awards. While ordinary shareholders like me have been diluted out of sight they have awarded themselves more and more.Their percentage holdings have significantly risen mine has significantly fallen There average price is lower than current by a long way

The BoD have bought shares at higher prices in the past.
If our share price was higher; their pension pots would be bigger.
ipso facto.

I’ve said that also mark.
They have too much power to be challenged with their own holdings plus family and long term pals/acquaintances.
If I sold, I’m still down. The only asset in my portfolio still down after all these years. And it still needs a 80% increase from current levels to be back to 7.5p where all started. So all this ‘shareholder value’ is sh1t unless you were aware of the initial plan to dilute and destroy the initial share price and fill your boots at 1.5p! Those holders and all who bought below 3p will certainly have some value. I wonder who that may be?? If only I knew the grand plan.
But you can guarantee if I take the hit here, they will finally deliver.

They are not going to leave and nobody will bid because they can block it.
