Posted at 21/1/2025 13:27 by nchanning We are still mid earnings upgrade cycle imo . If they do 11m in Q4 the revenue forecast looks very light for fy26 . The rate of growth in the core business has been slightly obscured by the shrinking consultancy business but that has almost shrunk to zero . If UK investors won't give this a full valuation soon , somebody else will . These are the kind of metrics that have Yanks lining up to pay 10 x sales |

May i remind you that last year in October the company said after Q2 trading update that they have traded slightly "ahead of expectations" in H1. My point is this year Q1 was exceptionally strong with sales of £9.5m and if Q2 is equally strong there is a very good chance that they have traded ahead of expectations If you listen to the latest Investor Meet Company they are really upbeat about trading in the US. This is what the CEO said after Q1: "Customer demand was exceptionally strong in the first quarter, somewhat ahead of our own expectation. It's early in the year but this strong first quarter performance puts us firmly on track for sustainable growth and to achieve our full year expectations1." |

If the three new institutional investors are hoovering up more shares in the background to expand their stakes. |

Management illustrating that a doubling in revenues would lead to a quadrupling in EBITDA to 17m which would roughly Translate into my 10m PBT . Guidance looks very beatable with just 7.7m forecast for this quarter despite doing 8m in Q3 with stellar growth . And for next year just 33m forecast despite 8m in last quarter and juggernauting momentum in the business . And we've already seen how beats in revenue lead to spectacular beats in profit with that sweet 87% gross margin .... |

A strategic review is normally a sign that things are not going well. I have a hunch that their data sales are flat lining as well. How reliant were they on ITV? Clearly the strategy isn't quite working. I should have sold earlier, but you live and learn. |
