06/6/2008 08:18 | Damn I'm slow, only just noticed this from yesterday: Synergy Healthcare CEO buys 100,000 shares at 710 p/share; FD buys 2,500 shares Outsourced healthcare support services provider Synergy Healthcare Plc. said its Chief Executive Richard Steeves bought 100,000 shares at 710 pence per share, while Finance Director Ivan Jacques bought 2,500 shares at the same price. The company said following the purchase Steeves lifted his stake to about 2.14 million shares, or 4.01 percent of its issued share capital, and Jacques raised his stake to 20,000 shares, or 0.04 percent. Earlier on Thursday, Synergy Healthcare reported a 47.7 percent jump in its full-year adjusted pretax profit to 24.9 million pounds. | dnevets | |

01/6/2008 21:07 | I do but can't seem to copy it over. It gives it a v good write up and mentions NHS being 1/3rd with the rest in overseas etc. Low pe, target of £11 etc. All in all a good'n.
