Thomas Becket, manager of the new Psigma Balanced Managed fund, which is going to be heavy in biotech, likes Britain's Synergy. It provides sterilisation services and is setting up a facility in the eastern Chinese city of Suzhou. It also increased profits before tax by 48% to £25m this year - pretty good going when earnings from most sectors are heading south.

I suppose a pull back is inevitable. Although energy costs are climbing I suspect their contracts have esculators to cover it. Smart team here imo.

Damn I'm slow, only just noticed this from yesterday:

Synergy Healthcare CEO buys 100,000 shares at 710 p/share; FD buys 2,500 shares

Outsourced healthcare support services provider Synergy Healthcare Plc. said its Chief Executive Richard Steeves bought 100,000 shares at 710 pence per share, while Finance Director Ivan Jacques bought 2,500 shares at the same price.
The company said following the purchase Steeves lifted his stake to about
2.14 million shares, or 4.01 percent of its issued share capital, and Jacques
raised his stake to 20,000 shares, or 0.04 percent.
Earlier on Thursday, Synergy Healthcare reported a 47.7 percent jump in its
full-year adjusted pretax profit to 24.9 million pounds.

"5 June 2008 SYNERGY HEALTHCARE PLC

Notification of proposed AIM cancellation and Admission to the Official List

Synergy today announces that it intends to apply for admission of its ordinary share capital to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities.

Since inception Synergy has grown both organically and through acquisitions, becoming increasingly diversified geographically. The Directors believe that this should now be reflected in the market on which Synergy shares are
traded. Furthermore, the Directors believe that this move to the Official List will leave the Company well placed to achieve greater liquidity in its shares, raise its profile both domestically and internationally with investors and its customer base, and improve access to capital...."

I do but can't seem to copy it over. It gives it a v good write up and mentions NHS being 1/3rd with the rest in overseas etc. Low pe, target of £11 etc.
All in all a good'n. More of a gradual climb as opposed to a day trade imho
In on Friday so will stick around this bb for a while, if I get news I'll post.

Hopefully that tip might be enough to send Synergy over 700p... still feel that once that barrier is passed it might add 100p fairly quickly.

Does anyone have the text of the article?

A little stutter at 700p, but once through it there should be little resistance until 800p.
