08/3/2012 14:36 | S14...you mean a new deal or the old one? | neubie
08/3/2012 14:14 | Deal done I believe. | stuart14
08/3/2012 13:26 | That mail was earlier on in the piece not today just in case anyone is panicing/getting their hopes up...apologies. | neubie
08/3/2012 13:21 | why is the thread in red...it`s not a blood bath yet is it? The share price is higher than it was on Monday and could go higher...someone is going to need to RNS a holding soon I would have thought unless they don`t have to until they have stopped buying and if so that could be interesting...does anyone know what % has been traded since Friday? As I said before the RNS looks like a quick dd gift not quite warts and all but pretty close. I sent an e mail to PC regarding the volte face and was told he understood but could say little else as Sync were going to be making a statement shortly...the % Myriad has RNSd is Fidelity and the management...I wonder if they know the % of PIS that have accepted yet or not...all will be revealed come the 4th of April...I believe...if they don`t have 30% at that juncture what then? | neubie
08/3/2012 12:14 | Well said BE4 | ray hankin
08/3/2012 11:30 | Old - call me an optimist but I agree that the recent purchasing of the lumps of stock could have another parties name on it. Sync basically need a £5m injection and the INT deal and we are off. Don't write AD of yet. IMO. | baldeagle5
08/3/2012 11:10 | Thanks for the new header Chinese. Very impressive. Will wait and see before deciding to accept or sell.As Joe has said nice £10m tax losses for the new owner. | pjdeery
08/3/2012 10:58 | Just shows you how close they came to admin, look at the panic selling by Guy Antony Orsler 6% since that fateful rns late last week. | oldtown
08/3/2012 10:56 | M share price falling! No surprise there then. £10m worth of future tax losses so rest of the business for £10m - not bad! | joestraughan
08/3/2012 10:50 | Events has certainly had an impact on business. | chinese investor
08/3/2012 10:12 | profit doesn`t = cash immediately pictureframe. b/e certainly doesn`t ! m | maurillac
08/3/2012 10:10 | well q unless the cavalry come over the hill shortly you look rather like a bitter bar drunk ! m | maurillac
08/3/2012 10:06 | I thought we had confirmation that the company was trading at break even - where has the $3 million shortfall suddenly come from? Something stinks | pictureframe
08/3/2012 10:04 | Definitely game-over (if it could have been classified as a "game", more a lesson in my book), market told us all along what was going on in background.I'm actually OK on the acquisition, as from the very outset stated that this would be an opportunistic bid and MYR have quite impressed with they way they went for the jugular. Let's hope they can finally capitalise on the inherent, potential value that was always resdient in Sync's technology, but never saw the light of day under current/previous management. Ps. Say hi to Q for me Joe and pas my regards to his brother and all those big meetings he goes to. Soup all round (pea-green) ;-) | dr knowledge
08/3/2012 09:56 | Game over: I will accept the offer. | sdavis
08/3/2012 09:52 | tilusha - it's a case that we were led down a blind alley. pi's have to rely on what directors tell them. And it seems they were economical with truth to the end. | joestraughan
08/3/2012 09:48 | Due to the cash situation i think it's game over m8. Nokia would have to ok any other deal and i think they like the Myriad story. | oldtown
08/3/2012 09:44 | Old - with you on the assessment of our resident nutbag. What do you think re th Myr recommendation - game over or a slim chance of AD pulling a rabbit out of the bag? | baldeagle5

08/3/2012 09:15 | Chunky 6 figure buyers returning to get their nose in the trough. I got mine early doors..........just time to sit back and relax..... That is my buying done now! | santangello
08/3/2012 09:07 | ooops just re-read RNS. | dr knowledge
08/3/2012 08:51 | eh? why didn't they then? I don't wont to point out the obvious contradiction in your post, but why do you think he was backed in a corner if fundraising was so easy to arrange to carry on alone? Surely that was the only reason he was backed into a corner due to the lack of available fundraising to go alone? | oldtown
08/3/2012 08:50 | joe, Oh boy, how you've changed your tune. Why does everyone change their tune and try to deceive each other when it comes to talking their own positions. SYNC was never going under, forget what MYR would like you to believe, they would have always got sufficient interim funding when you see that just a few weeks (yes weeks) they would have been easily cash sufficient themselves and then gone on to make a serious name of their own imo - perhaps all this takeover/merger talk has made you a little delusional. Looks like AD was backed into a corner - he tried, so credit to him for that. I suspect even AD will be happy with his new MYR shares. | tilusha
08/3/2012 08:47 | Regards restassured baldeagle Yep i can honestly say that i have never ever witnessed someone with the stark outright stupidity exhibited daily by him. Amongst his armory he has continually exhibited on this thread include Being compulsive lair Having no understanding of the market Making continued false claims Misrepresenting takeover rules Calling the situation continually wrong Editing posts to hide his previous broken posts Making up share trades. i agree he is either a 4 year old boy or seriously maladjusted. btw m8 i dont think it's advfn posters they were talking about last night . | oldtown
08/3/2012 08:45 | It's free money for the MM's ! As always ! | joestraughan |
