rest...good question. When the end game finishes...which may yet be a while...over 50% on the first attempt and I would imagine it would happen sooner...less than 50% and I think Myriad would have to up the offer again to pursuade those holding out...would they/wouldn`t they...

You are going long sync and short Myriad, once the deal completes the position nets off. Its the cost of borrow and risk of the deal not happening that prevents everybody doing it from the off, also how much Myriad stock was available would be a big factor.

3/4 each with 1% plus. It might be time to start adding them up...

A canadian consortium can`t be beyond the realms of impossibility surely?

They need more % than we know about at the moment and then some...

The obvious question is are these Canadian outfits supporting Myriad's case or do they have another agenda?

Didn't Quilarvium state some time ago that there was another proposition but this would only materialise once Myriad's timeline had run its course.
