18/6/2020 09:31 | If the report is correct then totally agree..where shares are listed there is no excuse for those kind of discounts. But explains why Acacia are happy dotting out on any volume they are just flipping easy stuff for big turns...why the administrator couldn't is beyond me.Looks awful. | ![]() kooba
18/6/2020 09:18 | Thats pure negligence by Link / Blackrock. Amazed if they don't get sued as a result by disgruntled Woodford investors. | ![]() mdchand
18/6/2020 08:58 | Be very surprised if Acacia have not gone through at least one percentage point and more likely many in reducing holding looking at volumes and are active today...they look like they are just flipping holdings out and if the Meditech valuation in The Times piece anything to go on they are not that price sensitive.'One filing discloses that Acacia bought a 9.9 per cent stake in Midatech Pharma for about £65,000, or less than 1.7p a share, from the Equity Income Fund on June 4. The stake was sold on by Acacia five days later at 21p a share in a deal that valued the Midatech shareholding at more than £817,100, netting a profit of more than £752,100.'Nice for Acacia no so much for Woodford unit holders! | ![]() kooba |
