I dumped them Ken, not long after the last set of directors were kicked out, but after holding for 20 odd years I still keep an eye on them and this thread, still hoping that one day they come good for you & the regulars :)

I’ve still got 1 eye on opening a position here, someday Rodney it will come good, if Rushi is good to his word with £1bn to catch up on elective surgery...

Well that announcement looks significant. Someone must have known it was coming to have mopped up those shares yesterday. I'm more than happy to hold now. May even pick up a few more.

6.5 m trades today . Not shifted price. One seller matched with one buyer ? Would be good to get an update from the company as to current activity. Meanwhile just hold & hope - no change there then !

Can't imagine why anyone would be a seller at this point in the cycle - Covid closing hospitals and no news (no news is good news?!).

So many buys in last few days going through at 1.43 or 1.44Looks like we have a seller creating an overhang at that price. Once it's cleared, this will rocket up.

Tempted to get back in here, when this vaccine rolls out and elective surgery ramps up SUN could well have a couple of good years, hopefully they have been building a level of stock whilst looking after cash

Re: JMF69 comment. This 'plastic waste in hospitals' issue looks like it has legs. Most Far East dumping grounds seem to have closed their doors to western waste and it is becoming politically unacceptable for state run organisations like the NHS to be major polluters.

A big flurry of buys near the close today, at 1.45p (spread was 1.3 to 1. 5).Also some big buys a few days ago.Looks like we do have a seller causing an overhang but also a buyer willing to pick up and build a stake. Given the trading behaviour, price looks to tick up next week.

GBH2 - Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz......

Other news - it seems to me a good time to have a lot of cash in the piggy bank for organic growth & acquisition as the new world shakes out after Covid. A very sensible strategy by the company.

It's only the first twenty years of hope that get SUN investors down, then reality kicks in and they realise that the Directors are the only ones that have ever made a significant amount of cash out of this company :))
