They already own a huge percentage and there's always been a number of Major Share Holders that have looked part of the business structure so I guess it's eminently possible.

Just a thought and open to debate, I do wonder if the management are so cheesed of with the market (and the share price) that this may be the start of them wanting to take it private at the lowest price possible, I need to do some research and see the history of other small AIM listed companies where this has happened
