This morning was the lowest it's ever been. So if its 'an inspired top up' your average must be 'an inspired higher.

thanks, Nobby. It was. So if MIN aren't going to take on the development risk it's really a play on the increase in site value from a Foundation deal - akin to a planning gain? Upside £???, downside risk - no deal= no site value.

So what guarantee (MIN) is there that the relationship built with the Monks over a VERY long time will be consummated by any party taking over??
Cue years of further negotiations??

I presume that’s a genuine question so I will answer it. Once the revised Foundation deal is agreed the company will have access to various loans and grants from the government plus there is a good chance one of the big Greek banks will get involved. The bottom line is there will be absolutely no problem with funding the development although the chances are the company will be taken over at a large premium to the current price later this year so it won’t be them doing the building!

This is the sort of information which should convince you that this is an excellent investment opportunity where you can get in at a rock bottom price…..

We're veering off course. SYME listed with a market cap of £224 million based on its assets. Four months later it confirmed its assets were only £750k. By then the CEO had already squirrelled off £40 million. The company boasted of a blockchain, NFT and crypto Inventory Monetisation platform supported by major banks.

It all turned out to be lies. Because of this initial fraud it still has a market cap
of £12 million at 0.027p when the listing price was 0.69p. There is no business here of any description.

chatchat - "A company is worth the number of shares in issue x market price"

Worth and market cap are not the same. A company that suspends its shares and files for administration is worthless, shareholders receive nothing. However the previous day before the 07:00 Suspension notification it could have had a market cap of £5 million.

£5 million can't disappear overnight. The company was worthless when it had a market cap of £5 million.

Yes. PIs are part of the overall market. So being able to buy in the mid 20s PIs see potential for the share price to recover particularly as they are buying at an all time low.

A company is worth the number of shares in issue x market price - nominal value is irrelevant.

Co A issues 1 share for £1 - market price is 80p - co is worth 80p as far as the market is concerned - so at a discount to net assets. NV is £1 but because the market values below nominal does not change the fact the market still considers it has a value of 80p.
