SYME absolutely need to get some IM across the line to announce to increase the share price before doing another financing. They will need finance before any revenue comes in even if it's a roaring success. The IM has to be convincing and not a token few friendly companies or distressed companies. So what will it be, AZ promised, again, has he got anything? Intriguing - has the leopard changed his spots? The bulls hope so.

So what next...when the cash runs out in January will AZ bail SYME out by returning some of the £224m of IPO money he siphoned off to Avant-Garde or will he let SYME fold...the dream or nightmare for some ends! 😇

If Omnicron spreads at least Metro Bank has £3 billion of cash to keep the lights on and won't need to raise a rights issue or more debt unlike Sentinental Riles SYME where he's gone long ..That business is virtually skint and will need another death spiral loan...if and its a big if it can get it in January otherwise games up and the fat lady will stop singing!....😇;

Following on from the discussion on LSE the Criteria for a Nasdaq listing:Shareholders Equity of at least $2,000,000.At least 100,000 shares of public float.A minimum of 300+ shareholders.Total assets of $4,000,000.At least two market makers.$3 minimum bid price of the company stock.Public float market value of $1,000,000.Only ticks 2 of the 7 on the list so NOT A HOPE.
