Oh I agree. The business needs to publish facts (subject to client confidentiality/NDAs etc). The next 30 days will make or break this business in my view. The acquisition of TFC will provide revenues/profits if it completes, and will provide some validity over the 'scam' claims.In footballing terms, we are now in extra time, all to play for, for both sides.

Agree Henry. It does take time for a start up to get off the ground and I am looking forward to seeing those accounts. But it better include more than admitting your client roll includes firms that aren't actually on it. That was truly remarkable. Anyway good luck to you. None of us actually know anything which I think is by design.

I'm entitled to comment without explaining my motivation, but as I've said before - I was alerted to this POS by someone spamming multiple threads, which is always a sign of desperation. So my curiosity was piqued. First impressions that all was not quite right with this company or its valuation, have not been altered; only reinforced.
