The harsh reality of the accounts, assuming they ever appear, will change the dynamic here.

It will be a cold blast, a wake up call that the rampers will have their work cut out to explain away. Whatever the way it's dressed up and sugar coated by AZ.

"No... it will get worse.
I see buyers at 0.45 - 0.50 on Monday.
Before settling at the 0.35 set price"

I think you might be right. Quick spike up followed by drift later back down to thirties. Newbies often pile in first thing on a Monday. But if people really are that desperate to buy here despite all the warning signs, the more savvy of them will wait.

The lack of hedge fund shorting activity speaks volumes that there are no market counter parties willing to take what is perceived to be a one way bet. To much downside risk for market counter parties otherwise hedge funds and pi's would be queuing up to short the stock given the opportunity.

Nobody is shorting this stock as there are no willing counter parties to enter into short contracts...You can check this yourself on 'Short Tracker'

The point is, as things stand there is so much uncertainty, no sensible investor would price this at £10 million, let alone £100 million. This valuation is held up purely by hype, ramping and lack of understanding of fundamentals and the time needed to prove a business model.

We are also covering 'Shria Law' countries....pls AZ for heavens sake don't even go there...You haven't even dealt with the basics and proved the business model works in Western markets let alone add more complexities to it!

Love the bit about a 'sales transaction' when actually its a 'sale and buyback' as manufacturers can't sell inventory to a third party buyer unless they actually own the stock in the first place. Which apparently the bank actually owns as collateral for the loan to the manufacturer.

Nevermind this minor point I'm sure we can find some legal, accounting, double tax loop holes in each countries local regulations, legal frameworks, and tax and accounting rules.

Maybe we can use some clever corporate restructuring, Fintech solution, and Web platform to wriggle around all these annoyingly different governments rules and regulations covering different spheres and aspects on tax, accounting, legal title, customs laws etc etc.

You haven't thought it through AZ with all your You Tube splurges and hype have you!
