Shareholders need to know why the shares were suspended for six weeks. 23/03/2021 will be one year since the listing. Have they received a warning from the FCA that they will be deemed a cash shell if they don't demonstrate they have an operating business by 23/03/2021 as that would be a twelve month operating period without any trade. Is that the reason for the acquisition?

It was you that said the company was trading before it listed on the stock market. It listed on the stock market in March 2020. I just showed you for the whole of 2019 it did not trade at all and that was the Crowe LLP audited accounts. What's the problem?

patp - Why SYME is not dropping is because of two reasons. Firstly no bad news is ever reported not even the reasons for the six week suspension. Also because the company is not trading it does not have any bad news to report. Secondly and the most important which is there is no dilution taking place. Dilution is the main reason that kills 95% of small cap share prices.
